Filthy - I was there around 1pm on Saturday, March 4th. The only good thing about this visit was the young guy who took our order. He was extremely friendly. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the drive-thru was slow. Once we got our food we had a really hard time finding someplace to sit. Almost all of the tables were dirty. Again, the place was empty. We finally found a table and wiped off the crumbs. 10 minutes later, another couple came in and had the same problem. Very poor management to allow this. Will not return.

First time taking the family, I will be back at this location. The people and service was fantastic quick and I had all my food order correct!!! Also big bonus it was fresh and made right. They did fantastic man I'm going here for dinner just thinking and reviewing this Arby's not to many arby's you'll get this.

Love that Arby's is one of the few that sell more then chicken or burgers. The chicken salad on multi grain is very different and tastes good even though chicken, haha the roast beef cheddar melt another favorite.

I love the roast beef and cheddar. Want to try the new gyro. Their prices went up with all the corporate greed but NOTHING COMPARED TO Taco Bell and Subway. 50- 60% jump in prices TB MORE THA N DOUBLED PRICE OF NACHOS AN CHEESE . SUBWAY 12 INCH ITALIAN SUB $12. WTH.!!!! Sadly I heard both franchises are closing stores nation wide.

Worse Arbys I have ever been to. More than half of the frys were inedible, non existence of any cury fries, the meat tasted old and was luke warm... the ladys attitude was nasty, huffing and puffing because we didnt pickup speed to make a choice on the second drink, although there was literally one person in front of us and NOBODY BEHIDE US. The shake howevet was good and my girl said her drink was good as well.

Sandwiches are thrown in the bag and unwrapped and cold. 3 lg. Orders in one bag. Bag ripped coming out of drive thru window. Had to ask for a new bag which ended up ripping as well. I guess this is why most people are in chick FIL a drive thru.

I absolutely love this Arby's! The staff is awesome and super friendly and always great service! The food is really good so they really put in an effort to make sure it not only tastes good but it looks good too! All around a great store!

Staff was every efficient, friendly, welcoming. I gave 4 stars only because I remember this sandwich from its introduction in the market and the meat portion was proportionate for the pita bread. Although the sandwich was delicious, it was 2/3 bread to 1/3 meat. In other words, the meat was lost in the bread. This is not a service issue; probably a corporate issue to downsize the amt of meat/pita. If the pita was proportionate to the meat served, it would be a 'child-size' sandwich!! AND corporate would have to charge 1/2 the current price b/c NOONE would want to pay THAT PRICE for PITA BREAD! It's a sandwich I would order again for its flavor, however is this a case of now having to pay extra for the appropriate balance of meat--really!? I will definitely visit this Arby's once more but will I again have to ask the question "Where's the meat?!"

Awesome friendly staff! Clean af. Ordered the pick 2 for $7 for dine in and somehow my food was ready before I even finished filling my drink. Btw it was fresh and delicious. Love it! I’ll be back.

I used the app. Food was good. The order was right. The older guy working the counter was very friendly.

Drive thru is run quick and efficiently foos is always hot and order is correct.

Was in and out pretty fast. Never a lot of people here when I go. I never have any issues with the food. I also get the beef and cheddar or the gyros. Parking lot is very little and the drive through is narrow. The restrooms are a bit awkward... at least the ladies room. There are 2 toilets but it is wide open. I like coming here.

I would give them a- 11.. I asked for 2 roast beef sandwiches and no cheese. Well they didn't feel like making them because they gave me 2 mushy beef n cheese.. Took their fingers and tried to wipe all the cheese off. I took a big bite of cheese. I could have been allergic to cheese. I did throw up..

Once again this arby's on Rt 51 west mifflin Again Overcooks their crispy chicken sandwiches 1st time we came here was nice & moist looked like the Advertisement in the spring time 2023 & now they're always dry and dark And the lettuce is old wilted hardly any on it fries room temp. Kinda old tasting. Now the chicken nuggets where actually good & moist. I like the one up on Lebanon church road way better but this place was closer to get to in time pinch
