Managers
need
better
training.
On
The
Fourth,
I
ordered
Uber
Eats
for
pickup
for
the
deal
they
were
offering.
My
girlfriend
went
to
pick
it
up
while
running
errands
and
the
manager
refused
to
hand
her
the
order
and
accosted
her.
I
then
arrived
to
resolve
the
situation
and
was
able
to
get
out
food.
However,
the
manager
followed
me
to
my
car
and
told
me
that
I
would
be
banned
from
Uber
Eats
for
“impersonating
a
delivery
driver”,
that
he
would
not
get
paid
for
the
order,
and
that
pickup
means
a
driver
comes
to
pick
it
up.
I
understand
if
another
person
is
not
allowed
to
pick
up
orders
on
behalf
of
someone
else,
but
the
accosting
and
accusations
were
beyond
inappropriate.
Only
reason
I’m
not
giving
it
a
1
star
is
previous
good
experiences.
