    If I could give zero stars I would. The receptionist Angela is lazy and doesnā€™t do her job. Iā€™ve been trying to schedule my daughter for MONTHS for a dental procedure and every month Iā€™m rescheduled. Then the ā€œreceptionistā€ said I hung up on her last month so thatā€™s why she never called back. WHICH IS REASONABLE BEING IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HER APPT FOR MONTHS. But she doesnā€™t do her job. The anesthesiologistā€™s daughter having some sickness was the last excuse on why I needed to reschedule. At this point I wouldnā€™t trust them with MY DOG.

    For one. The front desk girls are rude as hell and have absolutely no respect. This office is very unprofessional and doesnā€™t care about your health at all. They rescheduled me multiple times to get oral surgery when I have a severely infected tooth that needs out. When I begged them to please get me in sooner the girl rudely replied ā€œgo to a oral surgeon ā€œ so I asked to speak to someone else because I already payed the co pays and her reply was ā€œyou want a refundā€ with an attitude. Didnā€™t even let me speak at all and kept cutting me off. Avoid this joke of a dental office at all cost

    I wasnā€™t going to leave a review but Iā€™m hoping the Dentist that I seen is able to see this review .. Iā€™m giving 0 stars and searching for a new dentist because THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE !!! When I first visited and discussed a dental plan for me I was so excited and eager to finally be able to fix my teeth.. When it was time for me to start my plan I went in got my teeth cleaned and descaled a week later I got a call ( sept 2022) saying that my dentist was out on maternity leave until maybe January 2023 and the attending dentist doesnā€™t accept my insurance. I was definitely upset but being that Iā€™m a mother I understood. Itā€™s not November 2023 and Iā€™ve been calling trying to reach someone to make an appointment to finish my journey and canā€™t get anyone on the phone smh. It sucks because the dentist was amazing

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME Unfortunately, I didn't read some of the other reviews before wasting my own time with this terribly run office. I've been having some rough dental issues for a while and it took me almost two months to get this appointment. They made me call to confirm my appointment two days before and told me I was all set. Surprise surprise, my appointment gets cancelled the day of, an hour before, BY TEXT! Interestingly, the receptionist tells me it's because they overbooked while the office manager tells me it's because some assistant had an emergency - which would be fine if I didn't notice in the other reviews that they seem to have a lot of "emergencies" that force them to reschedule often. The worst part is they put you at the end of the appointment list and the next available appointment is in two more months??? Longer than the original wait somehow... To supposedly help, they just try to transfer you to their other offices (which seem to be just as bad) and string you along with made up "possible" appointments and talk about a waitlist that you never get off of. The other offices don't answer the phone, they keep you on hold, and then they seemingly have no idea about appointment dates/options that this office says they have open. The dates don't match to what this office says, and the other offices aren't even able to give the same appointment type that I was expecting at this office. But hey, this is probably a blessing in disguise; with service like this, who knows what they would have done to my teeth. Again: DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. You've been warned...

    Today was my first visit as a new patient. I had my exam appointment today, and they were able to fit in my teeth cleaning. Everyone is very friendly. This was my most favorite experience going to the dentist. They really took the time to help me.

    They never contacted my insurance for severes. They told me they were waiting for my insurance to contacted them witch they never did. And the day before i went my daughter went and they had her sitting in the lobby for almost an hour an she had an appointment. I called to āœ”ļø an she why they didn't contact my insurance company an she hung up on me....

    My 14yo son has been getting orthodontic work done here and weā€™re very happy with how itā€™s been going! Itā€™s easy to schedule, weā€™re seen on time, visits are efficient, staff is professional. All around, itā€™s been a great experience. We had a brace break a few months ago and they were able to get us in within 2 hours to have it fixed. Dr Lamparski has great bedside manner and has built great rapport with my son. Overall, the experience has been all I would expect and hope for.

    I'm so disappointed!! Waste of my precious time! I didn't ask for panorama x-ray and full mouth X-rays!!! I have a chipped front tooth and I waited over 2 months for the appointment and they did nothing to fix it!! Wow I was a dental assistant for 22 years and have never seen this type of treatment. I was sooo happy to finally get my tooth fixed to only be let down and have to wait another 3months to be seen again . I'm in šŸ«Øshock with this appointment. I don't even need to be numbed !! It would have taken 10 min to fix my tooth and instead they rack my insurance for full mouth X-rays??!!!! Like forget this worthless place. I'm šŸ˜”šŸ˜”pissed I don't ever want to go back. Beware don't waste your time. Thank God I'm not in pain w this tooth. Crooks that's all they are!!!! I'm done lesson learned ! Forget Dr. Haver And his staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    First time there today and it was an excellent experience. They are thorough, nice to talk and laugh with and do their genuine best to explain what's happening in your mouth and how to prevent any further issues, excited to make this my new regular dentistry

    They have reached out to me to reschedule, which is very kind and greatly appreciated. I will write concerning how my visit ends and will update my review as it unfolds. On the first visit, the doctor and the assistant they have were very nice and informative, however, those at the front desk wont return calls, and if the doctor has to reschedule the appointment, they wait for you to travel their first before telling you that the appointment you waited 2 months for now has to be rescheduled for another 2 months. If that time can be taken off to handle some business, cant something be added to make up for it? I hate to have to write negative reviews, but their is no other recourse to air out my grievances. The front desk didn't even apologize or act as if my schedule or my time means anything at all. At lease their should have been an apology at the very least instead of the whole waving me off and scheduling me out for 2 months
