Very good food but not the best customer service, girl working there was unfriendly. Since it was our first time there , I was just trying to ask about recommendations for what to order , and she didn't answer .Grilled wings and ribs , no brisket with sides , only brisket sandwich. Rice and beans was great . Paid little over $40, 12 rib bones , 12 wings , food was enough for 2 for 2 dinners . Their sauce is the best part delicious! Highly recommend. It's street parking and no dine in only take out .

Came here 20 mins before opening and there was already quite a long lineup. We still had to wait about 30 mins after opening to order and get our food. Customer service is meh, but the ribs are good, highly recommend getting that. I’d skip the side dishes like the beans. Only other thing to note is this location is in a sketchy area and parking is very minimal and hard to find.

In Pittsburgh on business from Indianapolis, IN and let me tell you what a find! The food is amazing! To top it off (literally) their homemade BBQ sauce is spectacular! It's a mustard brown sugar sauce (I'm guessing by the taste). I'm picking up a gallon before I head back West. If you're in the area, it's worth the drive from downtown to sample their food. 💯

Excellent BBQ! The brisket is perfect. Fat perfectly rendered. So tender I cut it with a plastic fork. The BBQ sauce is even better. I'd eat a shoe if it was slathered in that BBQ sauce. My girlfriend got the pulled pork which was also delicious, especially with that BBQ sauce. Did I mention the BBQ sauce? All the sides were good. Easy parking. No wait on a Wednesday around 5pm. No indoor seating but there are tables outside. Go early because I hear they run out of stuff towards the end of the night which is to be expected.

This place is the real deal! Ribs are perfect, house-made barbecue sauce is the cherry on top, and you GOTTA get the cornbread. My new go-to BBQ spot!

Absolutely the best Barbeque joint in and around Pittsburgh! I will even go as far as to argue it's the best on the East Coast! Great pricing, and even better food. You will not leave here hungry, the portion sizes are perfect, sides are to die for, and the speed of service is incredible! 10/10 will recommend to anyone who likes BBQ even a little bit. I will most definitely be stopping here any time I'm in the area.

This use to be my favorite place for barbecue but the food went downhill from the turkey ribs to all the sides and the sweet potato pie. Not sure if they switched chefs or just rushed the cooking process but it was not worth the price that I paid and the prices change often. The customer service is good though, so that’s why I give 2 stars. Wish it would go back to how it use to be.

I've purchased dinner for myself and my husband 3 times in the past. The first time the food was delicious. The second time the Mac and cheese had no taste and the potato salad was made with too much mustard which I didn't like. The third time the 1/2 of pork ribs was so tough and dry we could not eat them. I'm really disappointed. Not sure what the problem is perhaps maybe too many different people cooking and not following the main recipe. Going to take a break from this place for a while. Hopefully Showcase can get back serving great food again soon.
