Originally, I was supposed to have a appointment for a root canal at the end of May. I received a text and a phone call saying that a cancelation occurred and I could have it done two days later. Yesterday, I had a root canal done on one of my molars by Dr. D. I've had root canals before and had a lot to anxiety going in to the appointment. As odd as it is to say, it was the best experience I have had at the dentist. Dr D discussed my medical history and allergies prior to starting. She described exactly what she was doing before placing any instrument in my mouth. She continually checked to make sure I was okay throughout and that I was feeling no pain. She assured me that I would have no pain from the needle when she injected the novocaine - she was right! Too bad she only does root canals! I can't recommend Dr D enough!

Had a great experience with Nova dental I was always scared of the dentist since I was a kid but Nova dental was above and beyond great. I had to get a lot of work done and they exceeded my expectations and I love the results. Would definitely recommend Nova dental. Everyone was great… Happy New Year 2023

I’ve been going to Nova Dental for years and have had several root canals and teeth pulled. I think the dentists and the staff are all professional, knowledgeable, and generally great at what they do. Having dental work done can be a painful and miserable experience, but I feel the staff at Nova does everything they can to make things easier.

*They can not guarantee they will fix a tooth if you have ever had any dentist work on it before. But they will make you an appointment, that may or may not address your problem.* So, I called them to set up an appointment because a filling fell out, and my old dentist no longer takes my insurance. The receptionist was nice, and answered the call in a reasonable amount of time. Told them what happened, they offered to schedule me and then told me “I can’t schedule to have it fixed or even guarantee They will fix it, because it was worked on by another dentist, but our dentist can look at it…” I unfortunately started laughing , because that means they cannot guarantee they will work on anybody’s mouth who is an adult. I feel bad for laughing at the poor receptionist, but I was also just kinda blown away but a dentist who will schedule to look at your teeth, but not fix them if another dentist had worked on them. I’m not even sure who they want as a customer? Either they are ridiculously scared of a liability, or something bad must have happened and they are protecting themselves because they were accused of something. I’m glad they let me know before I showed up at least.

Bad experiences with this place. Last year I had a appointment to have teeth removed for dentures, went to appointment and dentist said he can't do it that I need to see the other dentist so I took a day off work for nothing. Then last week I had a abcessed tooth and was in extreme pain and said they didn't have a appointment available for a month, so i went elsewhere and they seen me same day.I recommend finding another place if you want quality care.

Dr Wolfe and Associates at Nova the worst Dentist I have ever incountered when they F up your Teeth u never see him again the other Dentist will say they can't repair u have to see him the worst dental experience ever they are like a factory all they want is for you to sign on the dotted line so they can get paid . Don't do it I regret going to Nova had to see different Dentist to try to repair their F up.Dont Do It

Year after year I continue to try to work with this dentist.They always seem to have an excuse of why I can't get fit me ( this person quit,maternity leave,retired) in for cleanings ect.i wait months for app Please don't even waste your time.
