Love Dr.Nancy she is the best ever. I won’t go anywhere else with her it’s personal she loves to help people have a beautiful smile. Everyone is upset about sleep apnea but it CLEARLY say SLEEP AND SMILE PITTSBURGH in the name I mean who is the rude one now js

I am sorry I went to this lady for over 5 years. Always pushing sleep apnea testing when I already have a machine at home. All the reviews are true. Her office seems to be quite chaotic at this time, staff that has no idea what's going on. Everybody ask what are you here for including the dentist who comes in on the tail end of an hour and a half of sitting in a chair that is definitely second hand, very wobbly, and not fully instrumentalized. I don't trust her billing, and she goes through staff members like a revolving door or a pez dispenser. She has to read these reviews, and does not believe that she is that bad, a true sign of arrogance and lack of humility.

Without a doubt one of the nicest and personable dentists I have ever come in contact with. She truly cares and put my mind at ease and helped me so much with the issues I had. I would recommend her to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE, the assistant don’t know what she doing they lied to insurance and said they gave me tabacco & nutritional counseling which I DO NOT SMOKE!! Never explain about flossing or hot to brush!! Told me I have sleep apnea which I’ve never been told that. They just want your money!!! SCAM DENTIST!!!

We both took a workday off AGAIN just to be told that are appointment’s were supposed to be rescheduled because of a meeting. I called to confirm my appointment an hour before since this happened before and was told this. I almost made a trip for nothing but still missed a days work! Never again

There are a few reasons that I don't recommend this place: 0. Cleaning was performed poorly with minimal efforts; in other words, my teeth were only 40% cleaned at best, roughly speaking. 1. All the employees there sigh and seem depressed all the time as I observed some quite disrespectful words and tones coming out of the doctor toward her employees. 2. The doctor herself seemed to be insensitive about her jokes and teased me by saying, "it's okay if you don't speak proper English as you are not born here, but I know what you mean..." when I explained what I studied at grad school as an international student here. 3. Where this practice is located is inconvenient. 4. They charge extra during practice and charge $15 "admin process fee" when you want them to send your records to your new dentist, while almost all other dentists do not charge this kinda fee at all. Unexpectedly expected, right? In short, if the google rating is very low, it is low for a reason.

I've had a extremely horrible experience in the past that made me afraid of the dentist. This dentist is polite and takes the time to recognize any discomfort and help fix it. Awesome bedside manner. Great staff. People get upset that she pushes for sleep apnea studies but honestly as a patient that has that I can fully respect that. You don't know when you have that. It can lead to a stroke if not treated. I don't understand why people get upset at her for caring. I've never had a dentist that showed this much care. On top of all of that I saw a complaint about how quickly the dentist was able to clean teeth. I'm sorry but you ha e to realize she is a veteran and when you're in the field it's clock work routine. You should be happy how quickly she does her job. Thanks doc. I hate the tooth fairys but I love these ones.

Do not go here !! They lied to my insurance company and said that I had 6 cavities that needed filled. Which I knew I didn't have any (switched my insurance carrier) and went back to my primary dentist and they confirmed I didn't have any. This place is a total scam . Do not waste your time. I went in for a "cleaning" and it literally took her 5 minutes . I've never had my teeth cleaned so half asked in my life. I was shocked ! Do NOT go here. Edit to add that: the exam was done by Dr. Ahron . This lady should have her licensed revoked for malpractice.
