I was a little frustrated trying to schedule an appointment as it was hard getting someone by phone. Once I did, the receptionist was VERY WARMING!!! She was able to get me in the same week. Staff was courteous. The Doctor was very EFFICIENT…. Thanks guys~

Amanda was very pleasant, competent and helped me to secure a timely appointment. Although I did not need a root canal Dr. Ricky Craven was very professional, personable and took time to explain my evaluation in detail. I highly recommend this practice.

The receptionist the assistants and the doctor were courteous knowledgeable and very kind to my wife she has dementia they were extremely patience with her I would absolutely recommend them for any body who needs a root canal

Three Rivers Endodonist entire staff is extremely courteous and professional. Amanda at the front desk is very kind even went an extra mile to verify my insurance within network. She called me back as soon she get cancellation and schedule me for next day appointment. MD Winnie Zhang is very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Palya was fantastic. She showed concern and empathy and had a calm demeanor. She was excellent in explaining my dental problem and the procedure that would occur to correct it. The staff was also very pleasant!

Like every sane person, I prefer not to need medical/dental work. But needing endodontic work, I am lucky and blessed to have been referred to this practice. I was able to obtain an appointment very quickly. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the orthodontist, Dr. Winnie Zhang, was professional, thorough, caring, and hospitable. They conducted a comprehensive examination and evaluation. They explained the various options and their benefits, risks, and alternatives. I left the office feeling relieved and confident in my treatment plan. Kudos to all involved.

If you need a root canal, this is the place to go. Dr Craven and his assistant, Mattie, were awesome and explained the process every step of the way. I even loved the background music that was playing. In addition, the office staff were kind and friendly. I would give more stars if I could.

Dr. Zhang did an excellent job on my root canal! It went very smoothly and quickly with very little discomfort. She was also very charming. Her assistant was also excellent.
