I've had a nice experience here in the past going with a small group so I booked their outdoor "cabana" for a party of 12, which is the recommended party size for this area. I would not recommend doing this. It's a table in the back corner next to the bar. It is not large enough for 12 people- maybe 9 or 10 max. It was very warm under the roof with limited air flow, 2 of my guests had to leave because they were overheated. The worst part though was the music. There are speakers underneath the cabana roof, one of them is immediately adjacent to the table. When we arrived they were playing music so loudly we couldn't hear each other at all, not to mention someone has to sit right next to the speaker and the music was loud enough to be physically uncomfortable for them. When we asked them to turn the music down we were given a hard time about it. All in all, good food and a good date night spot but not a good place for a larger party. Wasn't impressed with the service this time given the above.

Very nice place, with lots of covid-related safety measures installed as you can see in the photos. Super friendly, polite, and patient staff! Definitely order drinks! We ordered about 5 different drinks and everyone was happy 😊 I would have rated 5 or 4 stars but this time I give only 3 because they dissapointed me with their menu: although they generally have a lot of vegan main courses, the night I went they had none! Actually there was only one taco marked as vegan but they were out of it! I hope next time they do better and I will definitely update my review accordingly 🙂

Absolutely delicious. Our server, Rich, was helpful and funny and really knowledgeable. The dining room was fun, with great, funky atmosphere and the food was delicious.

The tostadas and guac were pretty good. But the trios salsas was less than subpar; they all tasted burnt. Also, it’s interesting that the entire outdoor eating area isn’t full service. You can only order drinks, guac, and salsa…

The seating is currently limited due to the restrictions on restaurants but the outside patio set up was great! I would recommend a reservation because it may be hard to get a seat otherwise. We ordered the Queso Fundido con Chorizo as an appetizer and were pleasantly surprised with the amount of food there was. The chips are some of the best, fresh, homemade chips I have had in a long time. The queso was a perfect combination of cheese with a nice amount of chorizo and some cilantro for that extra freshness. The poblano in the queso did not make it unpalatable due to excessive heat. For the main course, we ordered Carne Asada and Shrimp Gobernado Street Tacos. The amount of food on two tacos was most satisfying and definitely enough for one person. The carne asada was amazing and their avocado salsa brings a nice freshness to the tacos with just a little heat from the salsa verde. The shrimp tacos had huge pieces of shrimp that were cooked perfectly and the pico was exceptional. My wife ordered the Flamenco mixed drink and it was an excellent choice. It paired well with the Shrimp tacos. The service was spectacular and our server was on the ball, making sure we had everything we needed. The alcoholic beverage was brought quickly to the table as well. As far as price, it is pretty spot on for today's pricing standards. The average cost of an item ranges from $9-$15. I would definitely recommend trying Round Corner Cantina to quell your taco cravings. Five stars all the way.

Last time I was here was about 7 years ago and I was glad to see on my recent visit that the quality is still spot on. Good happy hour, excellent drinks, and tasty tacos. Dine on the patio if weather permits. Cool atmosphere.

Nice cocktails and tasty food. Bar had a chill vibe during happy hour (5-6pm) which got busier as it got later. Happy hour is a little limited in specials, but you can get a couple bucks off a few select drinks. Service at the bar was excellent.

I've given this spot around three tries and it's been consistently disappointing every time. The atmosphere is dead on, inside and out, but when I typically go to a restaurant I also like to drink or eat something that I enjoy — and that has yet to occur here for me. The cocktails are hit or miss, and occasionally taste like they've been mixed ahead of time. The food has been comically bad. I got queso with a group of people, and the majority of us were convinced it was actually mayonnaise. I don't know how that's possible. We turned the dish upside down and none of it moved. I've gotten both tacos and burritos here, and the temperature of the meat has been lukewarm at best. All vegetable options seem a little past their prime. But again, killer vibes. Staff was often friendly, but overworked and understaffed. Often our server was juggling a little to much. Never anybody rude, just a little hard to get a hold of. I've gone with a variety of people, and the consensus has been that none of us want to return. But — I could still see myself going for a drink (again, the vibes).

Go for happy hour before 6pm for $2 off certain drinks. The house margarita is delicious. The food isn’t as good as it has been the past couple years. The chileajo dish is basic and overpriced. It’s simply Spanish rice with mixed vegetables on top. The molotes are usually our favorite item on the menu but something wasn’t right this time. My friend got the salad with ahi tuna on top for an up charge. The tuna was cooked well done (after she asked for it to be cooked rare) and the portion was tiny. Definitely a little bummed after this visit.

There’s a nice bar and cool patio to sit outside at if you’d like a relaxing place to eat or drink, but aside from that I wasn’t impressed with the place. The food was overpriced with small portions. The queso we had wasn’t good and tasted almost like skim milk. The rest of the food was very average for what you paid for. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good. Service was fine, food came out quick which was nice but overall thought everything was average compared to other mexican spots in the city.

good overall. we just love their tortillas (handmade there?). their salsa/dip is amazing. the dishes wouldn’t have much flavor without the sauce.

We made reservations for 13 people. We were sat at a small low table that barely fit the kids. The table was way too low to eat at. You just couldn't reach the food. There was not enough room to even sit around the table. The corner seat would have to hold their plate to their face to eat. We asked to move but was told "we always put people here comfortably". We said it definitely will not work for us and asked again to be moved. We were granted only 3 seats at the bar, which still would not be enough. We were told our minimum bill will increase because we are now using 3 seats. THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE OTHER PERSON IN THE RESTAURANT. IT WAS ONLY US. See the pictures. The small table was only seating the kids and we were to add 6 additional adults to that space. Impossible. The waitress bartender was rude. The food was a small amount, cold, and tasteless. Not a single person liked their food...out of 13 people. It took forever to get the food and it came out so slowly and spaced out that my husband was done eating for 10 minutes before I even got my food. The only people that said anything positive was the ones drinking tequila. I'd say it was the tequila talking.

It has a really delicious tacos. Highly recommended. I just returned after a while, they still are doing great. The drinks are so good. I was so happy with mine, “Doctor’s Order”

Drinks and service are fantastic! Seriously, cannot recommend the margs enough. The salsa is pretty good, but the food overall leaves something to be desired. Definitely heading back though!

Laid back atmosphere, the bartender was very friendly and attentive. Brussel sprouts were awesome as were the margaritas. The chicken fajitas were awful, tasted like mush out of a can.

THIS WAS SO GOOD! Short rib plate and shrimp tacos were great, but the find was definitely the Brussels sprouts! Roasted light and airy and crunchy, hint of sweetness, and coupled with goat cheese. Definitely a revelation. Add a cute patio and great service and this is a winnwr!

Best margaritas in Pittsburgh in my opinion. They have an awesome selection of Mezcal and a great taco menu. Incredible atmosphere especially on the back patio. Service was slow and disconnected. Other than than, great spot.

Amazing food. From Cleveland so stopped in. Food, 10/10. Service, was ridiculous. We waited 35 minutes just to cash out. Asked 2 different people for the check, nothing. Handed cash/card, 10+ minutes. Was suppose to received 94 cents as change, did not receive it, or a dollar to round up. Very odd. Not sure if I’d come back or recommend to anyone just based on service.

The restaurant was really cute and I enjoyed the environment/feel of the place. However my friend and I got there when it wasn’t busy, places our order before the crowd got there and tbh you could tell our waitress just forgot to put our food and one drink order in. Easily 6, if not more, tables got sat after us and all of them received their food and drinks before we did. At one point they brought food out and were trying to figure out whose food it was (wasn’t ours) so i tried to mention we were waiting at least 45 minutes on our tacos. Food was good but wish I had a better experience.

1.5 stars. Have been to round corner a few times — it has always been fine, but today it was truly bad. The service was great, but the food was honestly just not good at all. The queso we ordered was bland and milk like (in consistency and taste), with not flavor at all. The tacos were frankly the worst I’ve ever had, here or anywhere. This place has been okay before, but the experience was so bad today I’m not sure that I’ll be going back especially with better, more consistent and much cheaper options nearby.

My absolute favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh. The food is incredible. All of the food (not all drinks) on the menu is supposedly gluten free which is great for anyone with celiacs or trying to limit their gluten intake. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Inside is decorated super well and it has a really cute patio area out back.

It's not a bad place just not where I'd go for traditional Mexican food. This is more the hip place you go for drinks an a taco to just kinda hangout with people. The street tacos weren't bad and staff was nice.

A cute little spot to grab a bit or get a drink. It can be confusing to find the restaurant for new comers. When entering there is a huge bar section, and all the way in the back was the restaurant. It had a very cute look to it, and nice people at the host stand. When we sat down, our waitress was a bit reserved, didn’t really get a friendly attitude from her. The guac was really good. The chicken tacos were just okay, it felt like it was missing a lot of taco ingredients, it just had salsa and chicken, they don’t e en have lettuce available to add on. I’m not sure which food item caused this but the taste of this food lingers in your mouth for over 24 hours no matter how much you brush your teeth. Wasn’t bad but i’ve had better mexican food out there, i can’t speak for the other food items or drinks. ALSO the bathroom is definitely the worst experience I ever had in a bathroom. It’s extremely small, only fits petite people, with a stall taking up the whole room, and no lock for the door. This space should’ve been a single room, however it allows others to enter and take up space when there already isn’t enough for one. After using the bathroom I tried to wash my hands and a women was in my way for 5 minutes as she brushed her teeth.
