Its fine like all starbucks. It was a bit hot and crowded when I went. Could be better if they turn on air conditioner on a sunny day.

Supposedly water is a rare commodity in this store. I never write bad reviews but today was my last straw. I have been buying my drinks from this location for over a year, despite the fact that they will ALWAYS mess up my order or it’s simply wouldn’t be there when I come. But today…oh boy…I walked in having an extremely painful cramps resulted in me being dehydrated and politely asked the barista for a cup of water and guess what, I was totally ignored. Needless to say I not coming to this location anymore. Neither it’s unprofessional but it’s simply inhumane.

It was not a good experience, they didn't have what we paid for, but they didn't say anything until we asked for after waiting for a while. They also didn't have the grapefruit for the dragon drink, but they didn't say anything until they gave it to us and it was White.... And had a Different flavor...

Gives free cups when you needed. Haven’t ordered coffee but their cups are excellent quality

This place would be better if the employees were protected by union membership, but otherwise, it's alright. #SupportWorkers

Really enjoyed my drink. Fast and friendly service. Was going to hang out, but the Cafe was packed. Good experience!

I feel that, independently of the Starbucks, things taste as if I made it myself at home. One can argue that's good because it feels homemade, but from my perspective, it always feels overpriced for nothing special/basic.

This is the Starbuck across from the Carnegie Museum in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh. The clientele is mostly students with an occasional professional. The staff were very nice and helpful. My nephew was with me and is an special needs adult. He walked up to the counter, and the staff helped him with no issues. In fact, I bet they don't even remember the transaction. I will be returning, if for no other reason than how well they handled a special needs person.

I had low expectations for a Starbucks in the middle of two major campuses next to a major tourist attraction, but all of my experiences here have been great. The team here is super efficient and (from what I can see at least) a well oiled machine that handles the insane volume of orders they get really well. My drinks are always good and my mobile orders are always ready when promised if not sooner!

Great place to grab a bite and work. The ambience is phenomenal and the tables are well set up. The staff has been nice on every occasion I've been there. The place is kept clean and also has bathrooms for customers

Food was too hot. So the breads on the sandwiches were kinda hard once they cooled. But quick service. Order was made correctly.

It is overpriced and the staff is not very nice. The hot chocolate is disgusting. When you tell them it does not taste good they suggested you are not sophisticated enough to appreciate the terrible taste. I received a response from someone claiming to be the owner. No mention of fixing the hot chocolate. He told me to go to a website for further feedback. They treat their customers like dirt and give them homework

I watched the girl make my caramel macchiato and the lid didn't fit over the foam so she had to toss it which took off the caramel drizzle but she put more caramel drizzle on before she replaced the lid.

Great place but double check when you get coffee ground, that they actually ground it. I ordered a bag of Sumatra ahead of time ground for French Press. Otherwise their drinks are consistently good, even specialty drinks with the rare exception. Don't order from here if they close in-store walk-ins for pickup. The wait time in the drive through line is over a half hour in the morning from 7-9am when walk-ins are closed for COVID Delta.

Always very friendly atmosphere in here. Order ahead to beat the lines.

Drink was okay at best. Got a Frappuccino and it was the wrong size and kinda watery. Didn't feel like waiting for another one. Probably won't be back to this one for a while.

Small and crowded due to location, but despite that the store is well maintained. The shop is kept clean and tidy. The staff are good even though the location must make it a tough place to work at times. The displays and atmosphere was well designed and inviting.

I saw the short & skinny lady in blonde hair in a bun making the drink while laughing and chatting with the other partners. She filled the light ice drink with 2/3 cup of ice and no blackberries as instructed. I was in a rush and had no time to call her out, but as an ex-starbucks employee, this is not how they trained me.
