I went to get an EEG so I was at the sleep center it was amazing. The staff is so nice. They explain everything there doing before they do it and answer any questions you may have. The goal was for me to sleep they have the setting as best as it can be considering I had like 30 things sticking on my head but I still fell asleep and the whole appointment from start to finish was like a hour and a half. I had to do zero waiting time when I got there. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing a EEG.

Free parking at the garage, everyone was so helpful and my CAT scan went very well.

My ear/nose/throat specialist has an office at Mercy Hospital. Mercy Hospital has to be the best Hospital in the city of Pittsburgh, in my opinion. Whatever ails ya, you can find a department for it here.

Absolutely love the hospital and staff! I was severely mistreated at East and between Presby and Mercy I'm finally getting help and treatment for my injuries sustained from a fall Dec 18 2021!

Upmc has a great neurology team and I got good results at my appointment the doctors are very on-point and very friendly family-oriented doctors a my experience with the neurologist there was outstanding excellent professional and I look forward to meeting with the doctor again for my 6-month follow-up appointment she was very helpful.

I had such excellent ❤ care. Had been an inpatient before fore two disks in my neck to be fused and they were wonderful. This visit was for outparient testing. Night before i was having pronlems with my leg so while there i went to ER. Was admitted for a week. The staff was SO CARING ! Therefore i have chose Mercy Hospital for my surgery this Saturday.

Some good, some bad, doctors and staff. Parking is minimum. Average parking price. Long walk from parking garage, across pedestrian walk, and into hospital if you're not very mobile..

Wonderful service. Warm staff. Dr. Kralious is fabulous. He was very informative and confident, gave excellent advice and cared about my health.

The nurses that I had that took care of me where wonderful the doctors on the other hand some are completely disrespectful still have no clue what is wrong with me or where my internal bleed is made me feel like I was lying about everything meanwhile there's picture proofs and proof is also on paper with my blood levels dropping and everything else it's pretty sad the doctors these days treat you in that manner so after being there 6 days I left the hospital in the same manner is when I entered just a shame
