3rd,
2023,
I
had
my
family
come
over
to
San
Martin
restaurant
for
breakfast
and
we
had
the
worst
experience
ever.
To
begin
with,
it
was
only
three
of
us
and
we
placed
the
order
immediately
as
we
were
starving.
The
breakfast
took
50
minutes
to
be
served
and
everything
was
cold
as
if
the
server
forgot
to
pick
it
up
or
just
neglected
to
even
check
the
status.
We
asked
about
our
food
after
30
minutes
and
we
were
told
it
was
coming.
We
finally
got
served
cold
eggs!
After
realizing
the
food
was
nasty
and
cold
we
complained
and
the
One
manager
came
to
talk
to
us
and
did
not
apologized
at
all
however,
she
did
offered
to
provide
extra
bread
for
consolation.
We
left
the
food
and
just
paid
the
bill
that
included
an
automatic
gratuity
(no
wonder,
the
restaurant
doesn’t
care
about
customer
service
as
they
don’t
need
to
earn
any
attentiveness
to
the
customers)
It’s
a
shame,
that
there
were
so
many
servers
and
some
were
in
training
however,
due
to
the
lack
of
customer
service
&
very
weak
management
this
place
is
awful.
To
top
it
off,
the
upstairs
bathroom
had
feces
next
to
the
toilet
paper
wall
and
the
physical
toilet
lids
to
the
seating
of
the
toilet
were
missing?
What
a
nasty
experience.
