Nice rooms and nice customer service. The only problem is no breakfast provided. But near by you have restaurants like Udpi etc. Reasonable price.

The owner is very cocky and arrogant, he tricked us into a higher price and when we started discussing it, he abruptly denied us and asked us to leave. This sets a very bad example of a city's culture.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Room service comes after one hour after repeated calls. TV was not working from 4 pm to 10 PM. The lady sitting in the reception is very rude and with no humanity. I stayed from 17/12/22 4 PM to 18/12/22. I checked out at 9 AM. Kept the luggage in the hotel till 3.30PM. When we requested for a wash room at 4 PM for my wife, the front desk receptionist a women refused to allow even after repeated request. "According to Indian Sarais Act 1867, any individual can ask for free water from any hotel at any time. Furthermore, he or she can use the washroom for free and no one can stop them. It is your right to demand water from any hotel at any time." Since I never had time to take action I left the place and went to another hotel and used the wash room. A very bad experience. Do not recommend even to the worst enemy

On 24th August, I visited at 6am for single room and i was offered a room for Rs 1232, I was ready to pay. And they asked my check out time. I said since am on fficial work, I would check out after 3 hrs. They immediately rejected my room and said it's against there rules to check out in 3hrs. I was surprised, because I am paying for complete day, it's my wish to check out when ever I want.

One of the worst experience I had with this hotel TV was not working for 2 days even many times informed to reception no one responded did not cleared the issues, 1st day there was no hot water, informed to reception even did not problem solved I took shower with cold water they are charging more than the quality, beds and pillows were dirty, pls people go through the review I will not suggest this hotel to anyone

Our experience was good at this hotel. Since we went in Christmas season it was difficult to get bookings. The cost was little bit high may b bcos of season. We have taken food outside since many restaurants are nearby. They told we can order food also. Overall experience was good.

This Hotel is overpriced. Showing all amenities Online, but No Amenities provided. Room Full of Mosquitoes, Unclean and very dirty Room, No AC, No Hot Water, Lift not working, No proper Toilet accesories. Room Price is over 2K and Room worth less than 1K.

Good location can stay with family. Cellar car parking is good safety for car and drivers

Rooms were very good but the service needs to be improved. If you spill anything on their bedsheet, their workers will tell you different rates for dry cleaning. Apart from this, the stay was very much comfortable. There should be a proper laundry pricing sheet available in every room to avoid any extra charges.

1) Location wise really good, right in the city 2) Stayed during the Republic holiday long weekend so the rates were pretty high compared to the facilities and amenities in the hotel 3) Lift was not working on the day we stayed and we had to walk till the 3rd floor which was a very big issues considering I had my elder parents with me 4) No restaurant available in the hotel, also no complimentary bottle or dental kit provided 5) Rooms were decently sized but from a cleanliness pov was not up to the mark

Very decent hotel to stay. Room charges are considerably above average. It was an overall good stay. Very close to the Hospet bus stop. And a very good restaurant near the hotel.

Hotel is near to railway station, next to bus stand…thy charged 2016₹ for ac room Ac was very noisy , hotel didn’t change room even after complaining , rooms are good and spacious . Washroom is good and It is in middle of Hospet , many restaurants beside it. For visiting hampi this is th right hotel

Firstly, I went there with my senior citizen parents, BIG MISTAKE. The staff are absolutely horrible. They show you one room and give you another room. My parents were too tired to argue. No one is helpful. No one to help with the luggage. The sheets were dirty. Found someone else's hair on it. I have stayed in 5 star accommodations, I have stayed at hostels, I have stayed at 1 star facilities. But at least in such circumstances you know what you've paid for. When I asked for change of bedsheet they refused. I was too irritated to even speak to the staff all this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can get better rooms elsewhere for the same rate.
