A very good place to see sunrise and sunset. a less explored place in Idukki. You can park your vehicle in the road or parking space, walk about 500 meters, and you will get an amazing and beautiful view of Valley. Please note that, no basic facilities available in here. a very beautiful place, but I see some of plastic waste, I cleaned up few, please don't through it here.

Great place to watch the sunset. Peaceful most of the time, because most people fall silent when they get there. Only rarely will you see noisy people or people who throw rubbish around. Something special about that place

Visited here several times with friends. It's a very nice sunrise viewpoint where we can experience a nice view of cloud beds in January - February time. the place is just 5 min walking distance from a concreate road, Drive here with a low clearance car will be difficult. but easily accessible by motorbike. the best time to visit is morning 6.30. the place is very peaceful. also enjoyable for the family. visiting here with children need some extra caution because the edge of the rock is very steep. This please is almost clean compared to other viewpoints. So, the visitors please make sure we don't dump anything here to destroy and maintain this wonderful viewpoint.

Beautiful and Calm location. Great place to visit if you are at Udumbanoor. Good for photography. You can't drive your vehicle here. The location is 100 meters walkable distance from parking area. Need a off-road vehicle if you want to explore the whole of the mountain.

A rare natual beauty where one can enjoy the nature. You can have an Ariel view of many nearby towns. The cool breeze in the evening is really refreshing.

Its a decent place but not worth the hype.

Mountain rock and mountain top land with beautiful and calm nature. After the road end has to offroad or walk less than 1km to reach the top land but the rock is just walk distance. If you are going in daylight rock is the best place if you are going in night just go to the top land. Just sip puff sniff. some days we can see the clouds and dew some nights we will be sir in the moonlight which is so pleasent and peaceful. If you don't have a place for a birthday party just go there and party. Don't create a scene to the people there and they won't create a scene to you.Dont spill any wastes there. Quick trip for some little pleasure nearby. Short walk from road. I guess will be better in morning or evening if you carry food and try to sit down for some time. Need to be bit careful. View from mountain top is rewarding.

It is a beautiful place to see.Sunset and sunrise are very beautiful to watch from here..Kulamavu Dam and the views of Pannimattam and Poomala villages are a treat for the eyes. -: As there are no handrails, be careful when walking on slippery roads.

More than the place, the narrow road which leads to the Irukallum Para, amazed me. A beautiful sunset, A calm n quiet evening. Worth the visit

Wonderful for sightseeing and the specialty is that we can enjoy both sunrise and sunset at the same spot. A must visit place. Best try will be on October to December, so that you can have a luck to experience the sunrise on top of a cloudy fog.
