It's an old house renovated as per today's standards. This place has a nice swimming pool and a decent garden and is located in the midst of rubber and other plantations making it a perfect spot for a group of friends or a big family.

It was an amazing experience staying at this spot . Very neatly maintained and spacious. The hosts are very welcoming and Cheerful. Kudos to the entire team. Pool , the ambience , and the facilities make it a complete package . Will recommend this place to everyone .

The outdoor area is also very well planned with provision for BBQ, outside dinning and a lot of free space. All in all a great getaway spot just 2 hours drive from Ernakulam city.

An amazing off beat homestay, if you're looking for a quiet and serene location .The hosts ensure they give you the best possible.Rooms are rustic, and this adds to the beauty of the place. They have a very well maintained pool. Kids can enjoy the courtyard and the mini farm for pets Over all it is a great place to spend a weekend.I Would definitely recommend this place.

A really nice family home converted into a cozy farmstay just 2 hours drive from Cochin city. Prefect destination for a quick getaway with a group of friends or family. The house itself is very well laid out with ample space inside and outside. We spent most of our time in the amazing pool with it's poolside bar! The staff set up a BBQ for us. Food can be ordered from a nearby restaurant. Overall the prefect spot to chill with a small group!

The place calm,big and it got crazy setup. Pool with clear nice water is big plus. We came with group of friends and killed it.
