We booked a month in advance and paid upfront, but they didn't tell us the package we wanted wasn't available. We reserved two rooms, but they only gave us one key. They said the other key was with the previous guest. Their solution was for us to lock the door from inside. Quite creative, huh? The roads leading there are in terrible shape. You'll need a 4x4 vehicle to get through. They didn't meet the expectations set by the images they displayed on their website.. In our opinion, the hospitality was disappointing, and the experience didn't justify the cost.

Such a bad resort we ever had. Bad management.no water heater no television one of my friend room there is no setup box .. its look like wooden but its all fiber.. no food. Bad management I ever had ..please don't go with family. Even no bathroom for driver. No breakfast they said first. Then we fight they allow.. please don't go guys.. an experience from 9/10/2022

We booked for family group. Room was neat and ok. It's amynitise are not 3 star standerd . Bathroom was below average. Quality of food is very bad.We had the dinner and breakfast from there both are very pathetic. During the booking time we informed them we need quality food items and asked them to provide their best item. But during our stay the food provided was very poor in quality and taste. Also the dinner provided was very late in time. The location, the ambience of the property,behaviour and support of the staffs are the only pros of the property.

This was a kind of ok ok hotel Food at the dinner was good as we have paid separately but the complimentary breakfast was very very poor with limited menu

One of the worst place to stay in munnar. U get a better place to stay for the same cost. Rooms were horrible and smelly. No service at all. Complimentary bf was horrible.

We stayed overnight. Bathroom was very dirty and rooms had a very bad smell. Hospitality is zero. Better to avoid it as there are so many alternatives closer to the main road in that area.

I was pretty much satisfied with the stay and their service. And talking about their cleanliness it was awesome and the hospitality shown by the manager Mr. Sujith Kumar was nice and good even the other staffs too.. I totally enjoyed staying here...

Disappointment. We were 25 ppl booked this place for stay to enjoy our year end trip. Amenities like wifi, room service, cleanliness and basic hygiene were missing. Ppl who are traveling as a group pls avoid as they don’t have enough manpower to handle guest with less or huge in numbers. Rooms were smelly, toilets were full of cigarettes buds and not cleaned. Had to fight for extra beds to accommodate our group. We had to do Multiple follow-ups to even get drinking water during our stay. The so called complimentary breakfast was useless. They just provide one menu it’s either poori or idly as a complimentary breakfast and nothing else.

Had a fantastic stay at this property ! The staff was incredibly friendly, making the experience enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The value for money exceeded expectations, with comfortable accommodations and excellent service throughout. Highly recommended for a pleasant and affordable stay.

Went for a bike trip in Munnar,We stayed here, around 22+ members and their bikes. Rooms were really great and satisfied with their services also.

Rooms are fine but tv is not working , some rooms not having fan . There is no hot water. We need to fill with kettler

Not so cozy a place, but exemplary service was provided. We were a group of families- around 45 pax. The resort attended to every minute details of our stay. Except for breakfast, food is strictly against booking. Neat and clean rooms. You may walk towards the hills above... mesmerizing!

Place is good , location is in little outskirts 22 km from main munnar City, only opt when you have your own convience

One of the best resort that i have visited. Very good service, tasty food , the staffs are very punctual and care for the comfort of people staying. Very good environment and the treking available is at reasonable rate and very enjoyable.The rooms are top class and very neat and comfortable. Very much satisfied with the resort.

Nice place to enjoy So calm and quite. Enjoyable place.. We got reasonable room rate too... The staff is very well helpful for getting ideas for sight seeing areas.. We really enjoy this stay with family..

The place was really beautiful, and the best part is that there is a beautiful view point within a 20 minutes walking radius and the trek is fun! The food was good so was the service. You should definitely give this place a try! We had an amazing stay.

bad service...no booking confirmation if u call given number owner telling ( lease owner ) one rate and after reaching location they said another. Actual owner ( founder) time its working fine now its not good

Experience the real climate of Munnar in chinnakanal. Best in class resort. Good ambience and nature walk is also awesome.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Especially the trecking to kolukkumalai. The staff and and the manager was so kind. Their efforts to keep the beauty of the nature is remarkable.

Farm stay was superb! Really liked the trekking. Also food and room was really nice! Nice ambience…. Whoever is going to Munnar, must try this place.

We enquired about the resort and decided to stay there. But then only we came to know that they will reduce the rate of rooms and will increase the rate food... It was our luck we came to know this earlier... There are many good resorts in munnar area in the same price range with much better service....

Amazing nature friendly stay. Service was excellent. Restaurant has a great ambiance . The trecking they had arranged was an amazing experience with a reasonable price.

What an Amazing habitat, this is a beautiful property, the weather was awesome, the food tasted really good,The staff is extremely courteous and the hospitality is something i would go there again and again for and trekking was an unforgettable experience. The resort is fully equipped with everything you may need or even more than that. Overall, we had a stupendous vacation at the resort. Would highly recommend other families or groups to unwind from the mundane and tune into Bethel Varkis farm stay resort.
