I meant to upload this in October when it happened but I just got busy. I called to get a standard unicorn ice cream cake last minute for my daughters birthday party -placed my order and went about my day.Her dad went behind my back and got the exact same cake- same flavors and all. I called back and asked if they could change it up a little bit. Maybe make it rainbow- I said that I didn’t care how it changed the cake price I just wanted her to have one that was uniquely from me. When I tell you this store and the young lady who made this cake went above and beyond I mean it. I have gotten cakes in Florida at high end bakery’s that had month long waiting lists and this is the most beautiful cake I have ever purchased. My daughter was thrilled- literally laughed when she saw it. I have never in my life had someone “understand the assignment” quite like the team at this store when I asked if they could change up the unicorn cake to something rainbow and beautiful for a three year olds birthday. I am so thankful for this custom cake. Truly. It made the party and her day.

They were out of waffle cones and waffle cups. They would not let me add banana to my sundae, even though I was willing to pay for it. Then Jaden started ranting how it's a corporate establishment and it's not his fault when I said I didn't want the sundae then. Like it's cool. I just don't want it.

There is a vegan option. The other options are great too.

The high-school dropout who served me reeked of marijuana and was either hungover or stoned. Needed me to point out what ice cream flavor I wanted and what toppings he had behind the counter. Avoid this location if you can.

So I went to get gas at the attached Circle K and really had to use the restroom. If you don't know the only restrooms in the building for both businesses are in the Baskin Robbins side and if you're coming from the Circle K side, you have to walk through a man door in between the two. So I went through and walked towards the restrooms, there was a girl at the counter who appeared to be cleaning and she mumbled something, I assumed it was something directed to another employee since she did not even look in my direction. Used the restroom and when I came out there was another employee standing at the kitchen entrance just past the restrooms. We made eye contact, I nodded and proceeded to walk back to the man door to Circle K and as I was opening it I realized she was right behind me and then she says, in an extremely snippy voice "next time we tell you we're closed, don't come back here!" I said. "Excuse me? I'm sorry. Did someone say you were closed?" She said "the girl at the counter did, the lights are off and there's a wet floor sign out." Well the wet floor sign just means the floor is wet and the lights out may mean that your side, at least the inside, is closed, but that doesn't mean the SHARED restrooms are off limits. Also, as stated above, never heard anyone say "we're closed", let alone "the restrooms are closed". Apparently they were in the middle of cleaning up a "disaster". So I politely told here that if you didn't want anyone coming through here you should probably have a sign on the door and lock it. She said, in the same snippy voice, "I'm gonna lock it now." Well good for you. Maybe you should have done that in the first place and it wouldn't have been a problem. Also, all she had to was wait for me to come out and head back over to the other store and then do what should have been done in the first place. Don't need an attitude because you can't do your job.

2nd time I have been here and they are out of waffle cones. Why have a special going if you can't provide the offer. Very disappointed! That Jamocha Almond Fudge is delicious! Definitely a flavor to try!

didnt fill the cone at all, had two full ice cream scoops but the cone was dry inside when i got down to it

They have been out of peanut butter topping for so many months I lost count. They are consistently out of things. They may as well close this location because the the other local ice cream places have flavors and toppings and will put them out of business anyway. Sad really
