My
review
is
in
comparison
to
the
many
restaurants
I
have
visited
in
Spain.
It
is
unfair
to
review
compared
to
other
restaurants
in
other
cultures
so
I
will
try
and
give
a
fair
representation
of
this
restaurant
according
to
what
was
expected.
Expectations
are
also
very
important
as
there
are
street
taco
stands
with
Michelin
stars.
I
expected
a
semi-fancy,
moderately
priced
restaurant
where
I
could
order
a
wide
array
of
dishes
without
worry
the
quality
would
change
based
on
the
dish.
This
is
exactly
what
I
received.
We
ordered
MANY
plates
and
almost
each
was
savory.
The
plate
presentation
was
good.
I
only
noticed
one
sauce
drop
but
it
was
within
the
plate
frame.
The
servers
always
changed
to
clean
plates
in
between
dishes
which
was
excellent.
We
did
not
ever
have
to
ask
to
change
plates.
The
only
downside
was
they
did
not
use
a
crumb
scraper
at
the
end
to
clean
the
table
before
serving
desserts.
I
would
recommend
this
to
the
establishment
to
further
demonstrate
a
higher
end
establishment.
I
also
noticed
the
chef
had
the
towel
on
his
shoulder
which
is
not
advised.
The
only
plate
I
was
not
a
fan
of
was
the
salad
with
smoked
salmon
and
Ibérica
ham.
I
believe
the
flavor
pallet
was
off.
The
iceberg
lettuce
was
not
as
high-end
as
a
Romain
or
even
mix
greens.
All
the
other
dishes
were
excellent.
The
authentic
dessert
tarta
de
abuela
was
delicious.
All
my
negative
point
are
VERY
nit-picky
and
just
a
few
suggestions
for
the
establishment.
Overall
this
restaurant
provided
exactly
what
I
was
expecting
and
I
was
a
happy
customer.
Thank
you
for
your
service!
