First important thing to know is: This Sushi is not Japanese style sushi or Asian. The sushi´s has modifications that do not go well with traditional style. It is a Spanish version entirely, unless ordering only Nigiri. The flavors do not go well together: 1. The anguila (eel) was covered in coconut flake like a dessert. 2. The Spicy Tuna was completely drenched in hot sauce (mayo hot sauce). It hides the taste of the fish and rice and all you can taste is spicy mayo. 3. The Langostino was also covered in only sauce and roasted onions. And to critique it even more, it contained almost no "langostino" inside which was sad. For me, it´s not real sushi, but maybe it works in Spain.

Don't be fooled by it's simple cafe style looks, this place has some of the best sushi we've ever eaten. We had the set menu which gives a great selection but couldn't resist the tuna tartare which was unbelievable. Whatever you order, make sure and have the Spanish Foie...it's a nice surprise to the end of the meal :)

The specials are very innovative and savoury. The normal sushi are standard quality.
