Two star guide michelin restaurant is an experience out of the box and a memory for life. Unique dishes are served into perfection and service level are on another planet. First you go to four stations with music theme. Next five appertizers served in the beautiful hacienda garden (fabulous experience). Five more appertizers served in a bar with excellent chef Tony as a great story teller. Main course served at dinner table together with perfect wine parings. We will be back for sure and I can highly recommend a visit.

Excellent gastronomical experience by passionate professionals in a comfortable setting. Definitely worth it, we look forward to come back. We were most impressed by the ground cooked pumpkins and the deer with (individually, at the table) home made cheese. The best of the best.

In my opinion, do not come here for the food. In a party of four no one found a single dish excellent in terms of taste (considering its a 2 star Michelin restaurant). However, the overall experience is saved by the ambiance and excellent service. With that being said, this place is about the show more than about the food. I want to point out that the atmosphere is lovely.

Truly an incredible experience and like no other tasting menu we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Totally unique and very memorable. A few really delicious dishes, a couple not our favourites and a couple that were more challenging but it’s all part of the experience. Staff were brilliant and meeting the head chef was a bonus! Only negative was our Spanish wasn’t enough to understand every dish as it was explained; many of the staff do speak English so it was only a few in the garden we weren’t clear on but that made it even more exciting! Highly recommend despite the cost but for the quality and experience it was worth every penny for a special occasion! Took 80 photos over the four hour experience but not posting them as don’t want to spoil the surprise!

Some of the food was very good, a couple of the dishes were just okay. Service was great but we were the only table throughout the whole meal, which made the atmosphere a bit odd

A fantastic experience that lives up to the Michelin stars. We had the full menu lunch which I think I counted eighteen dishes. We did not go with the wine pairing as the sommelier was there to recommend wines for each dish anyway and I wanted to maintain some level of sobriety. A rare experience to be enjoyed in a small group. Quite pricey but worth it.

Where does one start in what can only be described as artistry on a plate. From the moment you enter the establishment your taste buds are lovingly introduced to the chef’s palette of a myriad of flavours and a cornucopia of pleasures. Flavours from the different continents as well as those from the Murcia region. Luciano the Sommelier was extremely gracious introducing me to a wonderful red wine from the Jumilla region. Pablos’s attention to detail is incredible, he doesn’t just dream he creates with a passion. Icing on the cake was meeting the man himself, a perfect end to a perfect day. Exquisite and refined, most definitely!!

Food excellent of course. Air conditioning inside the restaurant freezing. Had to go out every now and then to warm up a bit. Music outside perfect for this kind of restaurant, inside 80's and 90's pop music .... Ok for a beach bar not for a 2 * Michelin.

Parking is ample. Ambiance is tranquil, presentable and clean. Overall experience and food was superb. Menu was very versatile and staff are extremely helpful, attentive and provide description of the food being served.

Top cousine, top facilities, top service. It's a pity I can't afford often 😜

Michelin give them 2 stars, bit frugal in my opinion. If you like a creative kitchen, this is the one to go for. Two star cooking for the price of one.
