Without a shadow of a doubt the best Tapas Bar in this area. Try the Mini Chorizos in Cider or the Mushrooms in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Sauce and you will know what I am talking about. Very nice and helpful service as well! UPDATE: Came back in April and despite the rainy weather the sun was always shining bright in El Toro. Lovely Provolone 4 Cheese Melt and the return of the best BBQ Chicken Wings on this planet.

Delicious food, the best Tapas bar I‘ve been to. Try the Goat Cheese Salad! Service is great too.

Judging by others' comments, we were expecting rather more than we actually received. The star system is all very subjective and I therefore find it difficult to apply a rating that is fair as I have no wish to damage a perfectly good business but this meal was not for us.

Delicious food. Didn't know what to expect, but it was great. We had the feta in filo, the patatoes and the chicken shawarma. The chicken was very tender. Also we had the cheesecake and crème brulee. Would recommend to go to this place.

Excellent family run tapas restaurant. Caramelized goat cheese salad is superb as is chicken livers, duck confit in filo pastry and patatas bravas. Been several times and always had something new to try and never been disappointed.

I’m a chef myself and worked with Jason many years ago back in 2003. I was lucky enough tonight to come back to Spain 10 years later and visit Jason in his own tapas, family run restaurant. The food was fresh farm to table, menu used local ingredients and all recipes are created and executed by Jason himself. The wine list was spot on and service (by his family) EXCELLENT. We ate “cod and crab fritters, meatballs, patatas bravas, 4 cheese provolone, gambás ajillo and a nice bottle of red from ‘Priorat’” All food was fresh, homemade, beautifully presented and tasted amazing. If you haven’t visited this place make sure you do or your missing out. One of the best tapas restaurants in la manga area!! Thanks Jason and team! Xx

👍👍 Cosy hidden gem located next to the logistics port overlooking the edge of the port. The place is very calm though was extremely crowded during our visit. Another go to place for fresh seafood tapas that often times are catch of the day (meaning freshly caught by fisherman that morning itself). If y...

👍 The sheer amount of people queuing for this place should be a testament to how good it is. Excellent food and service at more than reasonable prices. This one is no doubt my favourite restaurant in all of Cartagena. I highly recommend their seafood specialties, amazing dishes and rations. Astoni...

😠 Be careful with your money. We were a group of 20 and with the mess of money to pay, one of the waiters took the opportunity to throw 20 euros from our account to pocket. He took the money while I translated so that some members of my English family paid their part with a card and the waiter took t...
