This was the location of the old flour mill "La Innovadora", of which the façade and two blocks of buildings are currently preserved and which today one is used as the headquarters of the Murcia Amateur Radio Union and the other as a center for activities council social. Years later, a group of buildings was built that adopted the same name as the old factory. It is a very quiet place to live or rest. Its central square surrounded by orange trees and a fountain in the center stands out, which has been the traditional meeting place for all the neighbors and a play area for the little ones. Currently, the SEF office for the southern zone is located in this same square.

The façade of the old canning factory remains... An industry that placed Murcia on the national map.

It only has two rooms that belonged to the old flour factory, and they are also closed. New buildings with some garden area. It has nothing special.

Pure history within Murcia. As an observation, they should be more careful and restore some parts.
