This hotel is superb. So glad I chose it. Well located to be within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants. Minutes from the incredible cathedral and lovely plaza. Quiet rooms and a buffet breakfast that was exceptional. Loads of choice and very good quality. Bed was extremely comfortable and staff was exceptional. Would definitely stay there again. Fast WiFi and great shower. Can’t fault it. 5 star all the way.

Fab hotel in fab location. Very comfy bed. We had hired a car and they gave us reduced price parking. Nice big clean travel cot for our toddler too. Really couldn’t fault this hotel. FYI -Getting to the hotel with a car for bag drop off was a bit of a faff because you need to get a receptionist to swipe you in to the street. We had booked a terrace room but were only told on the day that this room wouldn’t fit a travel cot in, if you are bringing a baby/toddler email the hotel in advance.

Have stayed in this hotel twice. It's a lovely little hotel in a great place. My recent stay at Hotel Cetina in Murcia was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm and efficient welcome during check-in to the impeccable cleanliness of my room and the common areas, I was thoroughly impressed. The amenities provided in the room were of high quality, and the service I received was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Murcia. Great location, clean and spacious room, nice view of the cathedral, friendly staff that speaks english and the breakfast had something for every taste. Would book again if I stay in Murcia. No parking but plenty of options in 10 minutes by foot or less.

The receptionists were kind, patient and very helpful. The rooms were clean, but a bit basic. Its only major inconvenience was the lack of charging ports, there was one socket for the entire room. Great location, close to many museums and places of interest. I recommend the hotel to people who are looking to avoid a commute, everything is within walking distance. Air conditioning is not a problem in the rooms nor communal spaces. However, the hotel was quite small and quiet, and there was no entertainment inside the hotel. Overall, it’s a great hotel with somewhat inexpensive prices.

Our rooms (fourth floor) we're ample sized and well equipped. The bathroom was also well proportioned and came with a brilliant shower. It was all very clean and appears to be recently equipped. The pair of large twin beds were very comfortable. It was frustrating that the TV switched on every time you entered. And why only one small bottle of water for two persons, and on one day none at all. The lift was always quick to arrive and happily, every member of staff with whom we interacted was very friendly and most helpful. The location within the old city is perfect with a short stroll to a great variety of first class restaurants, bars and cafes. Such was the lure of the café across the street to your right when exiting the hotel, that we didn't get to try the hotel breakfast. All around is pedestrian only. But fear not, your taxi (or car) are permitted to come to the hotels entrance. And all the drivers (apart from some electric scooters) took care when moving through these pedestrian areas.

A great hotel in a really central location for a reasonable price, but was let down by the noise You can hear outside and other people's rooms very loudly, especially the showers The breakfast was delicious and there were loads of options for fruit, pastries and coffee. Loads of milk alternatives were available as well which was nice

I spent 3 days in this hotel. And it was amazing experience. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable: double windows to avoid noise from the street, dark curtains from the light, big and comfortable bed, coffee machine in the room, breakfast with wide variety of food (7 types of bread, muesli, oat, orange juice, cafe from machine). I totally recommend this hotel. You will never regret

Avoid at all costs. Hotel has deceptive practices and very poor customer service - just trying to take your money. I booked directly with them and they claimed I did it through a travel agency even with screenshots of proof. After booking they tried to get me to pay twice and wouldn't admit the mistake on their end. Really bad practice to be taking advantage of solo female travelers.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was good size, same to the images displayed. All was very clean and they have people in the reception all day and night, they answer very friendly and helped us in all we asked.

Ideal central location in a traffic free zone very close to the cathedral. Staff, very friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was astounding. Great value for money.

Lovely helpful staff ,the hotel is in an amazing position near the cathedral. Breakfast was lovely . The Hotel was clean and cool as the temp outside headed to 40 deg. Didn't give 5 star as no dinner available . But would definatly return.

Hotel very well located in the center of Murcia. Very comfortable and with excellent quality construction that allows you to rest well at night. The quality of breakfast is also very good. It is also worth noting the friendliness of all the hotel's staff. Highly recommended!

I don't understand why this is only a 3 star property, yes rooms lack a fridge would be handy, mini bar and coffee\tea don't need them. The breakfast is fantastic limited hot options but they are there Tortilla, Bacon, Frankfurt's cold selection of meats, pastries, fruit, juice and cheese. The coffee is new type nespresso not fantastic but pretty good. The best thing only 6 euro if you buy the night before or 8 euro on the day. The rooms are good sized big bathroom with bidet very clean and comfortable, some rooms have a balcony, don't be put off by small entrance, great location. Enjoyed my stay, the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Will stay again Cheers from Australia.

Just returned from a stay at Hotel Cetina and wanted to say what a surprise it was! The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. Our room was spotless throughout as the housekeeping is faultless. The two young ladies looking after breakfast were excellent, ensuring that nothing ran out and if it did, was replenished immediately. I never bother to write reviews as I expect to get what I book but on this occasion it was way above expectation, hence I had to say something. Thank you for a great stay, I'm looking for an excuse to return!

Excellent location for the wonderful sights of Murcia. Hotel very clean and room immaculate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty variety with breakfast and of a high standard. Will certainly be returning to this hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms with very nice breakfast! The staff spoke English & they even had iron which apparently is a big deal in Spain 😄 Recommend!

Excellent hotel, perfectly located in the car-free zone of the historic centre. Quiet rooms, excellent bed, very good breakfast. Best of all: very helpful staff. Already on my way home, I received an email from the reception, informing me that I had left a parcel with personal documents in my room, and would I like them to send it on? I most certainly did! It was very kind of the staff to take the trouble to alert me and subsequently send me the parcel by mail. Excellent service from the hotel, for which I am very grateful.

I recently stayed at Hotel Cetina in Murcia and it was amazing! 🤩 The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and well-equipped 🛏️, and the whole hotel had a great atmosphere.
