The room was clean except the drapes had multiple tears. Doesn't really cater for English all tv channels in Spanish. Unable to open the safe door as the closet door doesn't open properly, couldn't find the bathroom switch as its hidden while you slide the door open.We had dinner in the Restaurant, not the best my main course of Salmon & Rice was cold, considering that the one man server was working the bar & restaurant, felt sorry for him, did his best and offered to reheat the food!

We stayed in the Queen suite and were delighted. Very spacious, peaceful and comfortable with nice decor and a wonderful spa bath. Plenty of free parking available in the streets nearby.

I went for a business meeting in the café and it’s a great place to have a cup of coffee with some fresh baked treats. There’s good background music, soft colors, great service, and everyday specials on the price if you decide to stay for the night. They have everyday menu for 10€ except on holidays.

Great service! The rooms are very good and it's located in a very good area. The restaurant doesn't have that much variety but it's still good. Very good experience overall. Only reason I don't give 5* is because a 4star hotel should have a pool at the very least. Other than that, everything was great!

Nice hotel with great value in Murcia. It's not right in the center, but if you can walk about 1.5km then you can be at any good cafes and restaurants and the Cathedral. Rooms are spacious and clean and they have and underground parking (extra). I would go again.

It is a comfortable andar modern hotel. Within the urban area of Murcia, although not excessively centric. The staff is very friendly.

Good hotel. Big rooms. In a suitable position. Been there for professional reasons. Only problem the poor breakfast. No yoghurt. Empty dishes don't be replaced on time.

Good value hotel with a ok service, ok breakfast, ok bedding, ok size rooms, just ok everything… So they should downgrade to 3 stars as I don’t see why they have 4 stars, there is no pool and a lot of things don’t work well.

Rooms okay, restaurant opened late and bar closed early. Decent breakfast. Good car parking.

Nice spacious for one person rooms, clean and tidy when left for cleaning. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.
