Value for money this is great hotel for a short stay in Murcia. Good location and close to the tram stop. Plenty of free parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a good breakfast available (and food at other times) The only problem we had was that the room key didn't work to start with but a very friendly man apologized and resolved the issue. We will definitely use again.

The service is very friendly, have a good location near to Carrefour and the train station and all facilities clean.

Staff are friendly, the man at reception was really helpful and funny. Check in was easy. Parking is secure and simple with a fee. Rooms are basic but clean, comfortable and quiet! Hotels location is far from the centre but the tram is beside the hotel making it really easy to go into the city for less than €2

Typical Ibis budget hotel, guess they were staffed just about at the bare minimum - I reached after 2300 hours, and they received me and rustled up a makeshift meal at that hour, thanks and kudos to them! The room I was given had a malfunctioned light in the bathroom, so they promptly changed my room - kudos and thanks again to the staff!

A hotel that needs updating, it's old and tatty, dogs everwere I don't mind but when you get the lift and it full of dog poo it's a disgrace. Bar staff miserable and in the wrong jobs.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff and great service. 5* for that. Plenty of options for parking, both paid (but inexpensive) underground and outdoors. Only 3* because the rooms are dated and are in need of renovations. Particularly in times of Covid-19 I’d expect hotels to be spotlessly clean and this hotel was not…

Nice and cheap hotel in Murcia, not far from city center, only few minutes with a car. The room was small but it's ok for one or two nights. good!

Excellent one night stay close to Murcia centre yet quiet and with all the parking options you could want - free, paid (2€) outside or paid (4€) underground. We would definitely go back. Easy 5 minute walk to the Senda Granada tram stop. It was just over a euro one way to get to Plaza Circular.

Huge compliments to the front desk team, especially the man with the mustache and glasses. He went above and beyond to help me with a big smile. Hope he gets the recognition of management. Rooms were perfectly fine, parking was arranged well.

Very nice hotel with fare price. Room was clean, everything was located logically. Choise of parking areas: free, paid, paid undergoround. Breakfast was perfect. AC works well. Stuff was kind and friendly

Love it!!! Your staff is amazing, Maria and Pilar deserved to get the chocolates from me, from Lithuania. They were very friendly and the coffe was always delicious:) I really wish to come back in to Your hotel. I love the tree which grows close to Your hotel, tree with the violet blossoms:)

The lobby is nicely appointed, the dining area looked clean and nice, though I didn't eat there. Despite the website saying that there is a day use rate, which was slightly cheaper than the overnight price, that was not the case. Even so, it was a good price. The room was a good size, nice small seating area with a desk, bed was comfortable, free Wi-Fi worked well. The bathroom looked to have everything one would need with a pretty good sized shower.

Sound. Parking no problem. Rooms as would expect in an Ibis, staff spot on and location excellent for walking into the lovely city centre. We were also needing to get to the new airport prompt and the hotel location is excellent for that. One small critique, they need to update their file on information for local tourism. We will be back. Sound.

Fair price as always for Ibis. Plenty of parking on the street but for 2 euros you can park in their monitored parking - and if you want to keep your car out of the sun's reach there is the underground parking for 4 euros. The hotel is right behind a Carrefour supermarket so that is nice. Also the neighbourhood itself is quite ok, I've seen way worse with Ibis. All in all highly recommended.
