A nice modern hotel in a very good location close to the main squares with lots of bars, restaurants and shopping areas. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard and well equipped with plenty of space and good facilities. Aircon works well and beds very comfortable. Breakfast has a wide selection of hot and cold foods and excellent coffee and the restaurant has very good opening times. There is also a small fitness suite here. Could not fault my two stays here.

Staff was neutral but not unfriendly. Due to rain I had a leakage which was solved by switching rooms. Unfortunately this was at my request and not immediately offered. Breakfast is different. Being used to German breakfasts, this particular breakfast was without choice of bread, the cheeses were piled, the cold cuts randomly put together. The foil was still on the plates, almost daring you to take. Personnel barely/did not speak English. I enjoyed breakfast outside of the hotel tenfold more. Concerning the price you cannot complain. It's in the middle of town, everything is at hand. Sleeping at Hesperia is all you need, the rest is outside of its walls.

It’s ok. Not so great breakfasts... nothing fancy. Just a clean place to sleep. Do not expect much apart from a nice clean bed and shower. its a bit too expensive for what it offers, but staff is nice and service is good. Rooms are way small but overall ok. Next time We come to Murcia We will most likely not stay here... still it is a good choice for those of you looking for a place to sleep for the night.

Great value for the money. Right in the city center. The rooms mostly open to light wells so they are quite despite the central location. The rooms have recently been redecorated and are comfortable.

I never felt before so unwelcome before in a hotel. they call themselve "pet-friendly" but they hate pets. There is no parking at the hotel, only for mini cars. very very bad.

One of the best 3 star hotels I’ve ever stayed in, beats some of the 4 starts in bigger cities. Super clean, right in the middle of town, steps from all the tourist sites, highly recommend.

Really impressed, room was spot on. Great location in the centre of town. Only downside was the thermostatic control on the shower, too hot to cool at random. Nice to have sensible power control, A/C and lights go off, but sockets on to charge stuff.

Great value for money. Clean, good location and decent size rooms. We booked a junior suite which had a good size bedroom and a separate living room. All very clean and very good value for the price paid. Would recommend.

This small hotel was spotlessly clean and quite modern and sprightly looking. Buffet breakfast was varied and very good. A very nice lady worked in the buffet breakfast area making you feel very welcome. A fantastic place to stay on a budget, amazing value and right in the center of the Old Town literally less than a minute from the Cathedral. I couldn't speak highly enough of the place, top notch and outstanding value. Using the Telpark app there's hassle free parking in a carpark about a minutes walk from the Hotel.

Just home after a lovely few days in Murcia. I booked the hotel via easyJet Holidays primarily because it was incredibly cheap considering how close to the centre it is. I was certainly not disappointed. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. My room, a single, was bigger than a lot than I"ve stayed in over the years. The bed was so comfortable it was a struggle to get up in the morning! I'm generally a poor sleeper so this was a refreshing change. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. I'd happily stay at the hotel again and would certainly recommend it

Great location, and their parking recommendation was very helpful. The hotel is fine but nothing special. We heard quite a bit of noise from the hallway / slamming doors. Everything in the room worked fine. It just was not extra nice or luxurious.

Great service, very clean and very helpful staff. For a mid budget hotel we couldn't complain. Very central and ideal for all cafe bars, restaurants and attractions.

Very good quality. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a bar. A lot of local bars are closed in the evenings on Sunday and Monday

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The staff is helpful in English and Spanish. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. The AC functions perfectly, the mini fridge in the room is great. The bathroom is quite spacious for a standard room too. We stayed on the 6th floor. While the room views were not exactly anything remarkable, the location of the hotel is quite convenient. There's a market (Mercadona) across the street from the hotel and it's open until 9:30 pm everyday except Sundays. It's very budget friendly too. Apps like JustEat or UberEats deliver to the hotel as well. The rooms were a little close to one another, but no one was loud enough to disturb one another. They even looked after our luggage for 2 days with a ticket. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you for everything!

Is a good central hotel, with a clean room and new bathrooms. Convenient since it is right in the middle of cultural atractions, where many restaurants and tapas bars are and also shopping should you need it. Reception was nice, kind and helpful

A resolutely straightforward 3 star city centre Hotel. Very clean, and quite comfortable - but without much "wow factor." Two very small lifts. Some areas might benefit from a bit of redecoration.

Great location, steps away from the cathedral and center, nice and helpful reception staff. Room that we stayed in was pretty basic, but nothing to complain about. All the parkings around are pretty expensive, so if you going there by car have this in mind. I paid 65 euro for 4 days paid via app.

THIS HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL - THEY GAVE THE KEY CARD TO SOME BIKERS AND THEY JUST WALKED INTO OUR ROOM LATE AT NIGHT.

Good hostel, good quality & good breakfast, but please, for the reception, hire people that can speak English. I was stuck at 11.00 PM in the car park of the hostel (after difficulties to enter it, as it was closed and nobody told me it was closed the night), I called the hostel, and the person on the phone wasn’t understanding at all that I was stuck. This person asked me to come to the hostel to pay, or to ask to the vigil. But their was nobody at all! Thanks to people that have entered the parking, I exited it and came to my room. But a very bad experience for me. Not recommending the parking at all.

Perfectly located centrally within town. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was allocated nearby for a considerable discount. The rooms are large and spacious. Beds are really comfortable. The decor is modern. Breakfast is provided for a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.

Just had a perfect meal there. Top level!
