We've stayed in our fair share of cheap places but this place was poor. I don't often care about complimentary toiletries but two sachets of shampoo was provided, no hand soap and no shower gel. Why leave anything?! Two nearly finished bog loo roles as well. Walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone and everything around us. Staff were very friendly and pleasant and the parking, while away from the hotel, was safe.

Amazing experience here, staff are so kind and generous. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are warm and clean, we had a lovely night and new year here, will definitely come back

The room was clean.. but that's all! The place is very very extremely noisy! You can hear everyone around.. and people satying here are noisy and not polite.. noise all over till midnight! Not talking about the nois the cleaning lady is making since the early morning in a very unprofessional way! I don't recommend at all if you need a good night sleep! And the very weirdo thing is the receptionist asking us for the keys when we were going out the first day, without any justification thou' we were booking for 2 nights 🤦🏻‍♀️

This hostel was so bad. The room was okey, but the service... We were sleeping and at around 1am in the night, a man of the hotel called us on the phone in our room and then came knocking on our door, telling us (in Spanish) to not be so loud. We were sleeping.... The moring after, we were preparing ourselves when the cleaning lady just step in to our room. Mind you, I was naked. We still had one hour to go out of the hostel. What a bad experience, never have I ever experienced such a bad service in my entire life of visiting a lot of Hostels.

This hotel is 15mins away by foot from the city center. Great value for the money. The rooms are quite spacious and offer everything you would need. The staff was mostly nice, although I had to wait for two days for a reciept. The mattres is realy comfortable.

The room was nice for the price. Clean and simple. The only problem was the noise coming from other rooms. I would recommend if it's a short visitar and you don't want to expend a lot

Not many services in the hotel, but a nice (albeit small) room, very good aircondition and a good WiFi connection. Good location with many ships and restaurants nearby.

This is a perfect place for an affordable basic room in Murcia. Nice staff and the room had the necessities. I would stay here again. It's also quite easy to find on-street parking for free nearby.
