Although there was a slight problem at check-in, when a special deal had not been loaded properly in the hotel's system, the staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms are nice, but ours had a bad smell of old cigarette smoke. That's the only reason I haven't given this a 5 star rating.

The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. We were greeted by happy, loving faces at the reception desk. All staff were incredibly genuine in their willingness to help. Our room was fantastic; it was decorated to a good standard, had good amenities, was clean, tidy and comforting. All in all, a very nice experience. Will repeat when we come back.

Excellent hotel very close to the interesting old centre of town. My superior room was large and comfortable The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of food There is a large parking below the hotel which an be convenient when you are with a car

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. I especially liked the extra door that separated the hall/bathroom from the bedroom itself as it made the room super quiet! The bed was super comfy and the AC very effective. No tea making facilities which was a little bit of a shame and the parking was very expensive. However you are in the center of the shopping district within a couple of minutes walk so its perfectly placed and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay in a clean, safe environment located just a few steps away from the centre. Rooms are spacious, calm and luminous. Staff professional, friendly and accommodating(able to book us a small quiet working space for my colleagues and I, even though we asked at a very late hour). Highly recommend

The reception staff were welcoming, extremely helpful & friendly. The room was clean and all facilties worked fine, however, the wooden flooring was loose and potentially dangerous under bare foot. Apart from that, it was as described & expected and was good value for money.

I forgot a dress in wardrobe and despite me calling 3 times to the reception, every time the response was that they will check with cleaning and call me back telling if they found it or not but it never happened. It’s a pity that a 4-star hotel does not care about their customers to the extend that they throw away clients items or simply cannot provide an adequate feedback …. Value for money is clearly overrated … Rooms are fine but depreciated, service is above and beyond disappointing, breakfast is not great either.

Great hotel right in the centre just a gees minutes walk from the Cathedral and shopping streets. Right next door to El Cortes Ingles.

Nice room, could do with a bit of updating. We had the standard room and although it has a decent size, the furniture hasn't changed since the last time I stayed and that was over 10 years ago. Staff at reception were very nice, they provided us a kettle to heat up our baby's food as these are not provided in standard rooms. Breakfast buffet is nice, some of the days they took a long time to manage to get a high chair for our baby. Location is excellent, near restaurants and shops.

All the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful, particularly Anna whom we met on arrival. The room was clean and had everything you needed. I very much appreciated the cleaning staff for cleaning the room every day. Breakfast was wonderful, with a range to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and juices and the Spanish tortillas. I would definitely return to this hotel. Also well located, very central.

I had scheduled two days and ended up only needing one. They would not refund me the other day. You hotel was nice.

A really, great hotel to stay, spotlessly clean and within walking distance of the beautiful city. The room we had was spacious and had everything we needed, (except tea making facilities in the room). Breakfast is good and caters for all tastes, the restaurant staff were really friendly and made us welcome. The receptionists were very helpful and extremely friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Change of towels and bed daily. The breakfast was perfect. The place is convenient.

We had nice room near the middle of the hotel with air conditioning to save you from the August heat. Comfy room with a decent bed/bathroom, decor is a little dated but serviceable. Parking is an issue with a choice of expensive underground car parks nearby.

Great location in the city centre but the hotel looks old inside, especially the rooms, old fashioned and very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Very expensive also the private parking, it's 22€ per night, the same price as many others around the hotel; as client you should get a little discount for it in my opinion.

Hotel centrally located with spacious and clean rooms. Nice breakfast experience despite COVID-19 restrictions. Friendly staff at the breakfast who made the experience even better.

At their breakfast right now typing this. 08:55 asked for fried eggs, they can’t do fried eggs today (yesterday they could). 09:00 run out of scramble eggs run out of bacon. 09:34 still waiting for eggs and bacon Absolutely rubbish services from the breakfast team. Poor management WORST NH hotel in the group i stayed!

Great location with many amenities in your room (including a bottle of water. Staff was exceptional (especially Elena and Pedro). Price includes hot breakfast!

The rooms are a little old but the service in the hotel makes up for it. Staff is friendly and would make sure to bend over backwards to make your request happen. The breakfast is about the best quality you can get in Murcia so if you are staying there, its worth checking.

We were stuck without a place to sleep when our airbnb host didn't respond and so the very nice lady from the Japanese restaurant (opposite the church) showed us to this place. It's very nice here but we were charged a bit more as walk-ins than can be paid on Booking. Other than that it's been a wonderful treat for otherwise thrifty backpackers!
