Great hotel. Lovely rooms, very friendly staff and great breakfast. The rooms, especially the upgrade ones are superb, very modern bathrooms and loads of facilities. There isnt much around the hotel, but street parking is abundant and free and there is a tram stop in front of the hotel. The walk to the centre is about 15 minutes and flat.

Was very dissatisfied with this hotel. The price does not match the quality, clearly overpriced. Perhaps once upon a time this hotel really was run by Marriott. Now it doesn't look like a 4-star hotel run by Marriott. Dirt in the room. The floor shows signs of heavy use and needs to be replaced. Dirty wallpaper. Traces of minor damage everywhere. Dirty unwashed windows. It is impossible to sleep on the bed. Mattresses are very soft, with traces of long-term use. Are pressed through. Ventilation and forced air conditioning do not work. Cooling set to a minimum - no effect. It didn't get colder in the room. Plumbing not functioning properly. There are no closers on the doors. In the morning, people passing along the corridor and leaving the neighboring rooms creates a very big noise. In the morning you can hear the slamming of doors in other rooms. There is no opportunity to sleep at all. The hotel is located next to the highway. Did not think to install at least two-chamber double-glazed windows. Single pane windows installed. Very noisy from the highway from early morning. The noise of cars is heard. The sockets in the room are hidden. They are under the table. Clearly not Marriot style. More cons than pros. I had to leave very early from the hotel. There was no way to endure such a thing and stay. Didn't even eat breakfast. It was disgusting to stay.

Nice property, Elite status members are treated very well. It looks like the management has the hotel under control. Will return definitely.

This was a pretty cool place! Unusual! Staff super friendly! Breakfast Buffet awesome. Most of all the shower was unusual m! Huh! All glass in the middle of the room! Luckily our sons had a different room! But there is a problem if you’re not kinky Iole that! 😝 And no there are no poles in the room. I liked it cause it was different! As for location, I couldn’t say, we were driving to Gibraltar so this was a pit stop.

I literally walked in off the street for this booking, the hotel reception is clean, and the rooms where modern, clean and tidy. Only downside, i went to raid the bar fridge for a few items and when I got around to having a beer, both bottles had been drunk and placed empty back in the fridge! Reported the matter to reception 📶 and awaiting someone to come and Check. Staff are friendly and helpful and I have really enjoyed myself so far! 😊

Ok for the price. Room was clean but lots of stains on the wallpaper, especially by the sink, which was also stained kind of brown. I didn't love having the shower- which smelled like mildew- in the middle of the room, inches from the bed. I turned on the heat and a horrible smell filled the room, so I left it off for the duration of my stay. Walls are thin. Staff was friendly. Location was ok... quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, which could be negative or positive depending on your needs. Easy tram ride to the center from right outside the hotel. Carrefour market and a couple fast food restaurants next door. I don't think I'd stay again, unless they do a full renovation of the rooms.

Very comfortable hotel. All the staff is very nice and welcoming and won't hesitate to do any extra efforts needed to help you. Rooms are big and cozy and well isolated versus the outside. It is not so silent when people are in the hall, but this is short timed usually. The airco is silent, very silent indeed but very efficient and the bed is very comfortable. In the room a table and two seats allow you to work in a good position, wifi works fine. I've stayed there a few times and it definitely is my favourite place to stay. I recommend it!

The staff is so nice and helpful, the bathroom is great, nice pillows, good Aircon, the pool is good, the pool area needs more sunchairs, but in total it is a very nice hotel and one of the best I have tried in Spain!

The hotel was nice, and the room was comfortable except that the air conditioning was off. We opened the window, and that was fine. The gym had a good selection of equipment, and a sauna was also available. The internet service was great for our needs (a phone call and emails).

I was very lucky to be upgraded to the King Suite due to my staus with Marriott. They were beautiful rooms! I wish we were just not passing through Murcia on our way to Valencia! The breakfast was AWESOME! This is our 10th AC hotel on this trip and as a person who has to eat Gluten Free for medical reasons to have a whole Gluten Free section of the buffet was incredible! Normally I just am just offered crackers and a piece of bread...to have cereal and 5 types of GF items I could choose from - I was in heaven! Thanks for making my day!

Room was ok although the glass shower cabin in the middle of the room is kinda weird... Good breakfast and very helpful staff. Overall ok for short stay with easy to find parking and nearby supermarket.
