Came across this hotel when I was browsing for experience deals on Weekendesk. Stayed 3 days 2 nights, room was magnificently clean, bed was super comfy and spacious, shower water pressure was excellent and their breakfast spread was marvellous! My promotion deal also comes with a complimentary bottle of Cava and customer service was superb to leave a note for my husband since we were there for his birthday. Hotel is away from the city centre but there is a tram track just 5 mins walk with a train coming by almost every 15 mins. We were very happy with our stay that we will most definitely consider staying there again if we do make another weekend getaway!

Room is big comfortable and very clean room, everything you need for a good night sleep. Big bathroom with a strong shower is also a plus. The location is just at the edge of town which make it easier to find a free parking space, it is also right next to the tram line that get you into town within minutes but it is also walkable distance too so you can enjoy a few drinks. Things that stopped me from giving it a 5 star are; no kettle in the room and you have to pay to use the gym.

Everything was good but the pool is not open on weekends and this is not mentioned on the website. Would have given 5 stars if we were informed about this earlier or the price should have been better.

Modern hotel on the outskirts of Murcia but has a Tram line to the centre next to the hotel. Big modern clean bedrooms with cotton sheets

We booked two nights for the Sercotel ( the one by El Corte ingles and the Roman ruins .) as the hotel is in a great location and we have stayed a several times before when it was NH chain !!! The bonus was that the news and weather forcasters had told of temperaturs of 30-33º C for this weekend around a WEEK BEFORE !! So our room was west facing which meant sun ALL AFTERNOON. When we checked in and went to our room we found the heating was still on and not the air conditioning...... :-( Well you can imagine just how hot it was in there at night with no air con, we called and aksed for the aircon to be put on, but it was "against the company policy to put it on so early" !!! We asked if they could give us floor fans as the heat was unbearable... they said "no sorry" I thought company policy was to supply your guest with an enjoyable experience and not roast them like chickens ?? On checkout we spoke to (we think) the day managerss and told her this is not normal !!!! We asked for a disoucnt with the parking to compensate.. she said "No...sorry" The hotel is ok and as i said in a great location ... but come on !! your GUESTS are the main priority... without then you wont have a functioining hotel !!!!!! One other thing was that we found the staff (apart from the cleaners) would never say good momring like they do in other hotels, i even caught one of them looking my wife up and down as we were exiting for breakfast :-( The hotel and staff were better when it was NH !!

Amazing hotel. Was expecting something akin to a Premier inn or travel lodge but it was a very fancy hotel and only 5 mins from the centre of Murcia by tram which stopped right out side the hotel pretty much. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke excellent English too. The rooms were fantastic. Great views, spacious bathroom and comfy beds! Loved it

Big comfy bed, spacious room, quiet and convenient. Not expensive. Receptionists lovely.

Nice and clean.friendly staff . Not easy to walk to places but a tram stop opposite.

Very pleased with this hotel. Fantastic location if you don’t want to be in the city center with quite a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The bedroom was very spacious with tea and coffee facilities and the staff were very polite and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Murcia.

Pool not available. Staff were good but don't trust the pool facility advertised as was inexplicably closed during our stay without alternative offered.

The room was good but no kettel to warm water for a coffee. For a 4 strars hotel was a bit dissapointing. Also the receptionists don't look very professional, they don't welcome the guests with a smile...Working with customers that include a professional look and attitude.

Fantastic value for location and quality of service. We were at the back of the hotel, so nice and quiet; no noise to disturb us throughout our stay. The person at the reception was professional, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Room was quite spacious, well provisioned, and kept impeccably clean. Breakfast was good quality as well. Truly, can't recommend enough!

Good modern hotel with everything you'd expect from a chain of this standard. A pleasant one night stay and not much more to add....

In this hotel we always find a good service

I like the service and the space. The only complaint is the lack of an adequate desk space to work. The desk space is very narrow.

In our first room the airco wasn't working, in the second he works half. The breakfast was below the norms. Al the warm food was every day cold, and there was verry little choise. The restaurant and bar were al day closed, so it wasn't verry comfoteble. The beds were well verry good !
