A 1-star hostel is not a hotel. Very depressing experience!

I spent a night in this hotel and without doubt it was a great decision. The receptionist was very friendly, nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, however, the A/C can’t be graduated from the room so I called twice to reception to turn it off but just for a couple of hours as the air vents cannot be closed properly. A part of that the area was very quite and everything was very clean.

Good location, close to the center, cheap and clean. The staff is friendly. However, the rooms are old and poorly soundproofed.

Can't get more value for money than this. Very clean rooms cleaned daily. Even though other reviews said that the bathrooms were a bit small mine was adequate and fully complete, especially as I'd only paid about £25 a day for the room which was very nicely sized, large enough to accomodate an ample desk with accompanying chair. The WIFI service was dependable. I had to stay until 23:30 hrs in Murcia on the day I had to leave my room and they let me leave my luggage there with them all day after leaving 11:30 hrs. Staff were all friendly, formal and helpful.

Really tiny room and bathroom...just really tiny everything but you've got everything in a very small space. Cleaning lady starts cleaning very early so you will be waken up by that. The bed moves. The price is OK for its location. Staff not friendly nor helpful, except for the old dude for the late night shift. I booked two night from an internet site and wanted to book directly with them but they jacked up the price so I booked again through the internet with the original price and they were really unhappy about it.

Nice room, friendly staff, though I wish I'd known the staff members don't speak English before I arrived. No real parking nearby, so plan for this before you come here. Showers not perfect, but liveable. Overall, a nice experience.

More like a hotel with a classic interior, very clean, polite receptionists. The room was very nice with TV and bathroom in it, cleaned every day.

No one speaks English or French as claimed. AC is turned on from the reception. You cannot control the settings. Renovation ongoing and hotel dirty and unkempt . Lift is nonesense...can take only one or max 2 people at a time.The worst place I have been in years I should have just scored it 1 star but...

not recommended. Staffs can't speak English and also are not kindly. Tiny room and old facility. Wifi is not working. Pay more and go other hotels.

Very nice place. A little bit old and its un an área of the city thar at night its a little bit extrañe but its a very nice hotel

there was a stain on the pillow and the wifi was the receptionist was very rude

No star 😖 awfull hotel....dirty, smells disgusting and really horrible rooms. Dont bother with this hotel.....vile!!

Great hotel. The rooms are big and there's elevator.
