Good hotel...decent rooms..Good spread for buffet breakfast..beds are a little small but it's fine..clean place and comfortable stay is surely guaranteed...another of foreign tourist stay in the hotel...the only damper is the parking but since the place is in the heart of the city center that is why maybe parking is a challenge..they have a tie up with a parking place nearby and the hotel site mentions the exact address which is a few blocks away from the hotel...rest of it fine..

The great hotel in Murcia, Spain. I spent 2 night here in July 2019. You can enjoy a great breakfast and Casino here. Remember ID is required for entry in Casino. The place is so ambience.

Great place to stay, on top of there things, room was perfect, shared with a teammate and still was able to be enough for the both of us.

I do not recommend staying here. It is a very average 4* hotel. The first room we were given had a dirty toilet and poo on the wall next to the toilet (I very nearly left there and then) As an apology they upgraded us to a ‘Superior’ room. Ok it was a little bigger and had a coffee machine but that’s about all. The ‘new’ room overlooked the El Invernadero club/bar which is open until 4am at weekends and 2am during the week so there is no chance of having the window open at night. You could still hear the thump thump of the music with the windows closed. This meant we had to use the clunky, noisy air con which switches on and off with a loud click (not conducive to a good nights sleep). The bed frame was really creaky although it did have a comfortable mattress and pillows. The shower was dangerous. One minute the water was a good temperature, then it would run boiling hot and then turn cold. They did a fix on this problem too so we only nearly burned ourselves a couple of times but if that had been a child in the shower……. The hotel is ‘tired’. The wooden bedroom floor was very dusty (thankfully our superior room gave us ‘slippers’) and scratched (see photo). Lifts are tiny and they take an age to arrive. We stayed in the amazing 4* Hotel Tayko in Bilbao recently and Hotel Murcia Rincón de Pepe is absolutely not a 4* hotel if you compare the two. The lady on reception was very helpful though . There are better places to stay in Murcia I am sure.

A good location, fine decor, but the air conditioning does not work. Stayed in March when the temps are not that high and rooms are not below 25C which does not work for me.

Older property with tissue-thin walls and lots of noise. Despite reserving directly with the hotel, got stuck in a second floor room overlooking a very loud bar with music thumping, a noisy street with garbage trucks emptying bins at midnight, drunks screaming, and people above who needed to rearrange the furniture for hours on end. With so little noise insulation, this hotel should never put anyone in any room that close to the street. Complaining at the desk regarding the noise got us exactly nowhere. In mid-week in January, there is no way the hotel was fully booked, and no reason to put anyone in that room Do not recommend this property.

Historical and elegant restaurant in the city centre. rooms a little old-fashioned in decor, but very spacious with a new and huge bathroom. nice reception and bar. the only negative note is the INVERNADERO club right in front of the hotel (which is also the owner) with loud music until late. everything is fine, but then put double or triple glazing! to be fair, at 00.30 the music stopped!

We had booked a triple room with three beds for 4 nights and arried at the hotel and had to wait approximately tw hours before the room was shown to us. It had a double bed for three of us. We complained and the young girl at reception was not helpful. Her response was we are full. We spent the night and next day were given a room with a small cot bed. Awful!!! After much complaining another room was given to us and at night water started pouring through the ceiling. Avoid this hotel....breakfast was meagre as well. On top of this car parking is charged at €18 per day and this was not mentioned at the time of booking. Overall a very bad experience.

I stayed for 10 days helping my daughter relocate to Murcia. The location is perfect. (in the middle of downtown area), the rooms are nice, the breakfast bar is a very good value, and the staff there are helpful, friendly, and for the most part speak English very well. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Murcia.

Poor value with the premium room, they are nearly identical to the standard rooms our friends were in, nothing premium about them and they’re small. Wi-Fi codes provided at check in didn’t work, asked for 3 more codes and none worked, tried on 4 devices.

Funky business-oriented hotel in the historical zone of Murcia. There is a cool bar in the basement that has excavated walls from the Roman times. Also, there is a casino right now door. The rooms were nice clean and modern

Room was fine. Plenty of space and room to hang up my clothes. The internet service in the hotel was reasonably fast and reliable. And the location of the hotel was ideal and a short walk to amazing places for dinner. I didn't rate it higher because of the room temperature. The AC was turned off for the season and when I first got there my room was 29 (90) degrees inside. I could at least open the window but it only improved by a few degrees. I had asked the front desk for a different room but they had difficulty accommodating me because of how busy they were.

I stay here every time I go to Murcia. It's a perfectly nice hotel. Great location. Good breakfast. Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. The only thing that would make it better is if they would have coffee service in the room. Otherwise, it's a good choice of a place to stay!

😠 Food Terrible . Lady's who welcome you was very nice. But 95% of the staff are arrogant and rude !! Gave me the impression they do not like English people and even more so when my partner is Spanish. Or it could be because it was Christmas none of them wanted to work so they was all in a bad mood....
