I
do
not
recommend
staying
here.
It
is
a
very
average
4*
hotel.
The
first
room
we
were
given
had
a
dirty
toilet
and
poo
on
the
wall
next
to
the
toilet
(I
very
nearly
left
there
and
then)
As
an
apology
they
upgraded
us
to
a
‘Superior’
room.
Ok
it
was
a
little
bigger
and
had
a
coffee
machine
but
that’s
about
all.
The
‘new’
room
overlooked
the
El
Invernadero
club/bar
which
is
open
until
4am
at
weekends
and
2am
during
the
week
so
there
is
no
chance
of
having
the
window
open
at
night.
You
could
still
hear
the
thump
thump
of
the
music
with
the
windows
closed.
This
meant
we
had
to
use
the
clunky,
noisy
air
con
which
switches
on
and
off
with
a
loud
click
(not
conducive
to
a
good
nights
sleep).
The
bed
frame
was
really
creaky
although
it
did
have
a
comfortable
mattress
and
pillows.
The
shower
was
dangerous.
One
minute
the
water
was
a
good
temperature,
then
it
would
run
boiling
hot
and
then
turn
cold.
They
did
a
fix
on
this
problem
too
so
we
only
nearly
burned
ourselves
a
couple
of
times
but
if
that
had
been
a
child
in
the
shower…….
The
hotel
is
‘tired’.
The
wooden
bedroom
floor
was
very
dusty
(thankfully
our
superior
room
gave
us
‘slippers’)
and
scratched
(see
photo).
Lifts
are
tiny
and
they
take
an
age
to
arrive.
We
stayed
in
the
amazing
4*
Hotel
Tayko
in
Bilbao
recently
and
Hotel
Murcia
Rincón
de
Pepe
is
absolutely
not
a
4*
hotel
if
you
compare
the
two.
The
lady
on
reception
was
very
helpful
though
.
There
are
better
places
to
stay
in
Murcia
I
am
sure.
