It
was
the
worst
hotel
of
all
the
ones
I
have
been
to.
The
room
had
a
broken
air
conditioner,
broken
curtains,
we
could
not
close
the
windows.
Because
the
air
conditioning
was
broken
and
we
could
not
turn
it
off
in
the
room
it
was
17
degrees
Celsius.
No
duvets,
we
had
to
sleep
in
sweatshirts
and
cover
ourselves
with
sheets
and
towels;
only
on
the
second
day
after
several
requests
in
the
evening
we
received
blankets.
The
bedside
light
was
broken
and
not
repaired.
When
cleaning,
only
towels
were
changed,
beds
were
not
made
up,
bathrooms
were
not
cleaned,
soaps,
lotions,
shampoos
etc.
were
not
added.
No
kettle
etc.
despite
information
at
time
of
booking.
Damaged,
unusable
furniture
on
the
terrace
from
which
our
daughter
hurt
her
back.
Food
in
the
restaurant
from
frozen
products.
In
spite
of
our
intervention,
no
one
apologised
to
us,
did
not
offer
to
change
the
room,
we
were
treated
as
intruders.
Incomprehensible
pricing
policy,
one
day
ordered
drink
costs
4
euros,
the
next
day
the
same
drink
costs
6
euros
(?!)
For
everything
described
above
I
have
photos
and
videos,
which
will
be
made
available
in
the
near
future
on
all
portals
and
websites
for
Hilton
hotels
to
warn
potential
customers
against
visiting
this
hotel.
