I wanted to wait to write a review until I had some basis for my initial thoughts. My son and I went thru the Open Water program in early October. While we thought the staff was nice, and the pool was super convenient, and the check off dives in Pelham was well organized, how can we be sure? We took a cruise last week. We dove in Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel with guide services. We don't really like diving with guides, but didn't have other options. So here are the important notes. We noticed that other divers, with much more experience than us had trouble assembling their gear. John Flashpohler, made sure we were prepared. We had no problems efficiently and safely assembling our gear, checking our air, and getting into the water. My son is 12, and EVERY dive stop, they dive masters made note of his ability to maintain neutral buoyancy. This would NOT have been the case if John had not told us of the importance of buoyancy control. He and I keep our hands either directly in front of us or buy our stomachs where other people we dove with were really all over. The overall feeling I got from the dive masters, after the dives, were that they kind of dread seeing a 12 year old, with very few dives (<10). They normally require a lot of extra help and attention. They all said they were very impressed with my son. The point of that isn't to say my son is amazing etc., but to say that Divers Supply, and John Flashpohler specifically, made sure we were prepared. We had no idea the importance of the things John was teaching us, but we are certainly aware now, and so appreciative of his patience, knowledge, and calm demeanor. MORE than worth it, and I am now sending my 21 year old daughter thru the same Open Water with John.

An absolutely great experience. Their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful while selecting our gear. They also didn't try to up sell us like most places do. We are a family of 5, so this is definitely not an inexpensive venture. I really appreciate how Willy James and Jack Schmidt helped us find the most affordable options. Our closed water instructor, John Flaspohler, was very patient (especially with my wife who was extremely nervous). Overall a great experience and I would recommend Diver's Supply to all of my friends.

Drove an hour in order to purchase two full sets of gear (wetsuits, BCDs, regulators, etc.), but the store was closed during its posted Sunday hours. A couple of employees arrived later, but didn’t have keys to get in. After waiting another 20 minutes, I left because I didn’t know if/when the store would open. This experience doesn’t inspire confidence in the company’s professionalism, which makes me very hesitant to buy life saving gear from them.

Thank you Jack & staff at Marietta Diver's Supply! What did the fish say when it hit concrete? The same thing I said when I bought my new Scubapro BCD! I sure like it but they shouldn't cost that much!

We love this place! Good, honest, and knowledgeable people work here and train divers of all levels. My husband and I got our open water and nitrox certifications here. They also have a pool for training purposes that you can use to keep your skills up and test any new gear. Highly recommend!

Did all my pool work before getting open water certified here. Grabbed most of my gear as well. Excellent prices.

Big thanks to Lacey at the Divers Supply in Marietta. She was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and provided great guidance to help me select equipment that best fit my needs and the type of diving I intend to do. I appreciate her expertise and patience through the process. Everyone I interacted with in the shop was great but definitely recommend Lacey if she’s available.

I am a new diver with endless questions about my new gear purchase. I called the team 5 times over a week. They were so nice every time and helped explain all the technical aspects of the different gear styles. I will continue to use Divers-Supply because of their customer service!

Bought some fins online from them. Big mistake. They advertise free shipping, but I realized only too late after clicking the purchase button that 2 day expedited shipping is the default, so I paid like $19 to get a $30 pair of fins shipped. Then, they deny that it was a default and told me that I made that selection which is just a flat out lie! I even showed them a screen shot of it. Unfortunately sizing was off as I am always a 40 but the 39/40 was too small. I requested that they pay for return shipping since I never received the free shipping advertised on their website (the only reason I stupidly didn't support a local dive shop and buy in person). I don't appreciate being lied to by multiple people there telling me I chose to pay for shipping when I obviously thought I was getting free shipping.

I highly recommend Divers Supply if you are looking for scuba diving classes. I took all my classes with Divers Supply to get my OW and AOW certificates. All the staffs and instructors are super helpful, patient and reliable! I will continue my scuba diving learning with them!

My husband and I took the Emergency First Response and Oxygen Administrator (prerequisites for Rescue) classes with Kevin. The instructor was awesome and made sure everyone in the class was comfortable with the skills. The electronic sign up for the e-learning classes was straightforward. Highly recommend!
