Cory
is
fantastic!
I
was
about
six
months
postpartum
after
an
unplanned
C-section
and
feeling
really
discouraged
about
my
body.
We
have
a
home
gym
and
set
it
up
for
Cory
to
come
to
our
house
twice
a
week
with
app
workouts
on
“off”
days.
He
was
very
patient
and
listened
intently
to
my
areas
of
concern.
I
was
working
with
a
PT
as
well
to
heal
a
3-finger
DRA
gap
and
she
was
impressed
with
the
workouts
Cory
put
together,
focusing
on
safe
and
effective
movements.
It’s
been
almost
five
months
and
I
feel
so
much
stronger
and
more
capable!
My
DRA
has
healed
to
a
2-finger
gap
(great
progress!)
and
my
muscle
tone
has
significantly
improved.
I
would
highly
recommend
Cory
to
anyone
considering
a
personal
trainer
or
who
needs
a
little
extra
motivation.
He
is
knowledgeable,
attentive,
and
very
flexible.
More
than
once
I’ve
needed
to
have
my
baby
with
me
for
home
workouts
and
Cory
has
taken
it
all
in
stride.
I’m
really
thankful
to
have
found
someone
with
his
level
of
attention
to
detail
and
philosophy
on
embracing
lifestyle
changes,
not
just
quick
fixes.
