I have been coming here for almost two years now. From my very first visit to the current I feel like family every time I’m in the office starting with the ladies at the front. The back office staff and Dr. Carter have THE MOST amazing bedside manner I’ve ever experienced in any office! In addition to the fact that they are thorough about your overall care, upfront about cost without digging in your pockets for unnecessary treatment. They always resolve all my dental issues in a timely manner without me feeling extended pain past what they ask me to expect. I can’t say enough about this office! They are the only dental office I’ve ever kept up with my appointments because they’re that awesome and they’re worth every penny /copay lol! Great job team! Keep up the great work!

I have never had such an amazing experience at a dental office before. You can tell ALL of the staff cares about their patients and are passionate about their work. I have complete trust in them and am so relieved to have found such a great team! Also a shoutout to Ms. Rhonda, I’m very lucky to have been able to meet her before her retirement. Very knowledgeable and informative about all things dental hygiene. She also had me sold on purchasing an OralB toothbrush from them in less than a minute :)

This is the BEST dental office I’ve ever been to!! Their customer service is impeccable, every staff member is caring, kind and respectful and Dr. Zafrani is AMAZING!! He is very knowledgeable and has caught things others dentists haven’t. I am so grateful for the entire staff and have found my dentist for life!

First experience as a new patient was awesome. The office staff were very professional and detailed With information needed to help make my dental case as successful as possible!!! Tina was great, and Dr Zafrani Omg amazing!!! 1/25/24 I had another appointment with Dr.Z and Ms. Patricia they both did a marvelous job, although I still have work to be completed but I’m over joyed and love my smile thus far. Transforming Smiles has the best dentists you will ever find! My family left Transforming Smiles for a while because they were out of our network. However, we ended up coming back to Transforming Smiles because we could not find any other practice that matched their integrity. They have a very caring staff that takes their time with you and answers all of your questions and concerns. I was even greeted by my first name upon returning to their office. Truly personalized dentistry. You can't put a price tag on quality care.
