I love my Dr. She makes me feel comfortable not scarred to tell her what's going on with me. I can talk to her freely. And she listens. The other ladies are wonderful too. They are patient and very gentle. I had lab work done, and she was great. I never felt the needle when she drew blood. I didn't like the payment going up but everything has went up,

Very friendly and efficient staff. We have been especially impressed with Tina Shehee, the NP there. We feel very fortunate to have found this office.

Wife went in for an upper respiratory infection. Dr Duggan didn't examine her, barely even talked to her. Once she found out that my wife had a history of asthma, she decided that was all this is. The wet cough, the fever, the congestion. All asthma. She gave my wife another prescription for an inhaler, when her current inhaler isn't helping with her symptoms.

Med-Link is an awesome place to go! The front office staff is super friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff is just as awesome. The nurses and assistants really know their stuff. I went to update/check my immunizations for graduate school, and they were extremely helpful with that tedious process. I highly recommend Philip Kong. He’s a great nurse and even better guy, I wouldn’t want to be seen by anyone else!

Love this place in particular my last visit yesterday. The nurses and staff are friendly and kind. They got me in that day and I called pretty late in the morning. The drs do a good job too. I always know I'll leave here happy and better than when I walked in. Great job guys. My nurse is the sweetest most helpful being thank you

Less than a month from being 18 and they said that I still need “parental” consent and that someone 18+ needed to sign paperwork but that my 19 year old friend couldn’t be the one to do it

Nice visit to the doctor today. The waiting room was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and professional.

The staff here was very friendly and very quick about getting me in and back to see the doctor...Dr Kong was super, very friendly and easy to talk to.. He was very thorough with his answers to my needs and concerns

Absolutely phenomenal! Never had a better doctors visit. Jason Hurt is the only medical person that I want to see when I come to Med Link. The best beside manner of any doctor, nurse practitioner, nurse, or medical person ever. Lauren Anderson, the medical person who drew blood, was astounding also. If she is not a nurse, the nursing profession is missing a valuable link. She SHOULD be. Never knew when the needle was inserted in my arm for the blood work and such a pleasant, pleasing personality. She and Jason, I’m calling the Batman and Robin show. A dynamic duo. You all are lucky to have them on your team. Thank you Jason and Lauren for such a pleasant experience. No anxieties at all. Thank you so much.
