We celebrated Valentine’s Day there last night. Best experience ever. We had reservations and was seated within minutes of arriving. From the moment as we were being escorted to our seats to the moment we left was amazing. The staff was so engaging with us. You could tell they too were enjoying the evening. It was an amazing and awesome experience. You would think that it being a holiday night they would be rushed. But there was none of that. Can’t wait to go back.

Before she was my wife she was my everything… So, I wanted to give her my best via a trip to Frankie's… The seating was perfect. The wine was delicious. The service was unmatched. With that said… the filet she had was so juicy that the animal that it was sliced from went straight to heaven afterwards… And my favorite cut, the bone in ribeye, made me dream of meeting the other cow when I die and hopefully see heaven. This was not my first occasion there and won't be our last. But, the perfection of it all made her birthday an amazing experience. Update: one year later (creatures of habit)… When you love something why fight the urge to keep the love as potent as possible… So, we recently married and came back one year later… Same great service, same meal and even the same table… We were impressed after last night all over again. The day and night was full of bliss and happiness. Happy Birthday to my love.

Frankie's is one of our favorite places to eat when possible. It feels like stepping back in time into a Rat Pack restaurant. The steaks are literal perfection, especially when they have a Tomahawk. The wait staff takes great care to ensure your group has an incredible experience. Frankie's also has an excellent wine selection. An A++ in my book for taste, quality, and service.

We came here on a Monday night for our anniversary. We made reservations for 6:30 PM and were seated immediately upon arrival. They started to fill up around 7:30pm. Steven was our server but I forgot his assistant’s name. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Steven asked us if it was our first time dinning there and wished us a happy anniversary. He recommended the summer wind cocktail for me and I loved it. My only complaint is they both kept asking if we were ready to order which made us feel rushed. We normally like to enjoy a few cocktails first. The steak was very tender and flavorful. All of the food was delicious. They brought us out a complementary seven layer cake for our anniversary which was a nice surprise. It was enough to feed 4 people but it was so fresh and good. The manager also came by and checked on us and wished us a happy anniversary. He saw us as we were leaving and told me happy anniversary and hope to see us again. Overall nice place for fine dinning although I’d prefer the tables to be more spread out.

I had a very delightful birthday dinner with my daughter. The wait staff Gamaliel and Travis were so attentive, friendly and just absolutely adorable. I have never enjoyed a dinner so much. I would return just for the staff alone. The food was wonderful. Thanks for a lovely birthday dining experience.

Delicious! Everything was delicious, the rib eye, lobster Mac & cheese, the garlic mashed potatoes, the drinks. Delicious! The attention to detail and the wait staff were exceptional. Definitely worthy of a five star rating.

We visited the place for the New Year celebration, and the flavor of the food was great, especially for the steak I ordered. The lamb chops were a bit overcooked, but loved the flavor. Perhaps due to the time we visited, the place was very crowded and the table next to us was very loud and the attendance from the servers were a bit less than expected. However, I wouldn't blame the restaurant since they were very busy. Maybe things would be better next time. We ordered 2 appetizers with a bottle of wine and 4 main dishes. Both quality and quantity of the food were very good.

The atmosphere is wonderful. They even had a guy playing live music and singing. The service was fantastic. We made a reservation and only waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Our waiter moved us from a table seat to a both upon request and his attentiveness was excellent. The food was outstanding. Portion sizes are good and the sides are sharable for two people. The bar has a large selection of wine and they will make any drink for up upon request except for frozen drinks. They gave me almost a whole cake as I was celebrating my birthday and even a discount on the bill. Great experience.

I visited here with a friend as a suggestion since he raved about the steaks from his previous visits for business. The food did not disappoint! Don't look for that lobster dish on the menu, because you will not find it. :) The veal meatballs are a MUST! The drinks were great and packed a punch. I can not recall the kind of steak I ordered, but the topping was the black truffle butter, which is better than any blue cheese butter I've ever had. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the guy who initially served us ( we sat at the bar instead of the table we reserved) was fleeting in his service. My friend could barely get his drink preference in before he walked off again. Thankfully, the lady who took over was very friendly and accommodating of our requests. I assume table service is better, but no matter the location in the restaurant, attentiveness should be the standard. I have to visit again to try the muffins and desserts. The drive from the city is a bit much but well worth it.

Choose this place for my birthday dinner. I will definitely be coming back. My table had Patrick and Tyanna as our waiter/waitress. They both did a phenomenal job. They both also recommended some amazing drinks, and meat selections. Came over and checked on us throughout the whole meal to make sure we were doing great! The food that came out was amazing. Family had different cuts of steak that they all said was delicious and I ordered the lamb chops which were equally delicious. I think my favorite side we got was the mac n cheese. Definitely a must go.

Came out to Frankie’s to celebrate 3 birthday’s tonight! Everyone enjoyed their meal and service was excellent! Patrick is truly a superstar with excellent recommendations. We appreciate the care and attention both he and Ruth provided to us.

Omg, where do I begin. The whole experience was perfect! All the servers greeted my date for his birthday and he was presented a signed birthday card and large hunk of fresh and delicious birthday cake. My servers were Lola and Edward they were very attentive to all our needs. I ordered the Chilean Bass which was so succulent and seasoned to perfection.

Back again to these establishment ! Compared to Ruth crisp and other type of steak restaurants, this one soars way about in quality and service. The service was amazing. Very consistent. Very polite, fast, professional, classy and well knowledge about the food. Also when the main course came to the table , it was like watching something out of a movie when they set food on the table. Also like it was choreographed. The food was delicious. $100 chateau Briand is well worth the price. Every bite was beyond description. I’m glad we have a place like this near the house. This place really lives up to the name and reputation that they have.

The experience was amazing. Gamaliel was so professional and super friendly and accommodating. He was so knowledgeable about the cuts of meat and I loved that part. He was so patient too! Charm was attentive, professional, and super sweet as well. Now the food: Best I've had in a long time. Kudos to the staff and chef, will definitely be back. 5 star service from all involved!!

Visited for a work dinner. Staff was very welcoming and polite. I didn't catch the cute bartenders name, but he made a great recommendation after just telling him what I like to drink. The steaks are delicious, and the bone-in filet is amazing. Will definitely eat here again. :)

High End Dining Experience. Dress Code is required per hostess although I saw several people outside of the "dress code". Nevertheless, GREAt customer service. Drinks were good and refreshing. Sea Bass was a great size but not much seasoning, but the lemon caper butter was delicious. Appetizer was good although lacked flavor. I'd be willing to try the restaurant again to experience the customer service again.

Took the wife for dinner and our good friends joined us. The atmosphere was welcoming and busy. Lots of patrons enjoying their meals and engaging in relaxed discourse. The staff are amazing and attentive. Two waiters and one assistant waiter attended to our every need. They went into detail on the menu and specials, made sure water was always full, food was served promptly, plates were taken away, and drinks were replenished. We all had the 24 ounce "Bone-in Ribeye" with a medium sear. The steak was absolutely scrumptious and buttery. One of the best steaks I've had in a long time! The selection of sauces were amazing and you can't go wrong with any of them. The accouterments were delicious as well: asparagus, brussel sprouts, garlic mash, macaroni and cheese... We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to return for a other hearty steak meal. Highly recommended!

I was a little under whelmed with my experience. Just because I sit at the bar doesn't mean I don't expect attentive services. The bar tender was beyond friendly and nice, but the initial attentiveness was nearly none existent at first. I had the chopped salad which was beyond phenomenal. It was refreshing and a large serving. It was quite refreshing. I had the veal in marsala. I requested well done and it was so juicy and not dry. However, it lacked Seasoning and just basic salt. This establishment is a little hidden and inside the building. There is free valet but most patrons appeared to park themselves. Overall, quaint and romantic environment.

Came here to celebrate my birthday and everything was phenomenal! Food and service were absolutely perfect. Kevin, Andrea, and Sarah were so attentive and friendly - checked in often and made sure everything was up to standard.

Patrick and Scott helped us out. The foods tasted great and the services were on point. We visited for our friend's birthday and her birthday cake was also amazing. We never had to find our servers because he was always looking and waiting for us. Services were great with huge smiles and professionalism. Definitely will visit again.

We had Patrick, Dani, and Perry tonight for my birthday dinner. Chose the crab cake for an appetizer and it was delicious. I had the seafood special which was grouper, shrimp, and lobster risotto. Absolutely phenomenal flavor and presentation. This is our second time here and the service was as incredible as the first. Thanks again to Patrick, Dani, and Perry for the wonderful experience. We went for our 14-year anniversary and the food was great but this place is pricey. You can find similar tasting steak within the local restaurants for fraction of the cost. But the atmosphere on a Monday night was amazing and quiet and the server was great. We spent close to $200 for dinner of two with no appetizers. It was nice for them to include muffins for breakfast the next day and a free anniversary cake.
