This Practice was recommended to me by my Medical Director for my herniated disc pain. The pain was excruciating to the point of black outs. I scheduled an appt with a location near my home, but for some reason I was scheduled elsewhere, and didn't find that out until arriving at the planned location. I was then sent to the "right" location just to find out that it too was the "wrong" location. After being sent to a THIRD location thanks to all of the miscommunication on the Practice's behalf, I was seen my a Provider with great bedside manner. After my visit was complete, I was told to schedule an MRI upfront. Their PC system was down early afternoon, so I was told I would get a call the next day. After not receiving a call, I attempted to reach out myself (on a Friday)and tried several different extensions, but to no avail. I left voice messages as well. I tried again the following week Monday, but nothing. It has now been 11 days since my appt and I haven't been able to get an MRI scheduled NOR have I received a call from the Practice to do so. I ended up going to another Provider, but I shared this info with the Medical Director of Wellstar that recommended this place, and I'm sure they'll be in touch. It's unfortunate when you have quality physicians, but a disjointed administrative staff. When people are in pain, this breakdown in communication can send patients to the ER.

Extremely poorly run company. The magnet they use is as strong as a refrigerator magnet and gives poor images. When there's a ton of high fields around, to even think that low of a field will succeed is ludicrous. They hired an MA where I was, who could not even take a blood sugar much less a blood pressure

Doctor is probably amazing but the office is so unorganized. I have to constantly beg for information and for follow ups on things I should be routinely provided as a part of patient care. Weeks of delays in surgery scheduling and PT coordination. Not a patient friendly. If you don’t follow up, nothing will get done. It’s the begging for answers / next steps for me.

Today was my second visit to Ortho Sport & Spine and I didn't think that the staff could improve on the customer service I received on my first visit. Oh, how wrong was I. I am very excited to tell you that it appears that the service continues to get better with each visit. The entire staff and doctors were simple marvelous. ofessional and very caring It's good to see young people with type Drive and Enthusiasm to help there patients. As we say in the Navy BRAVO ZULU ON A JOB WELL DONE.

I had surgery with Dr.Langer and after 4 weeks post op following the protocol he provided my labrum retore and upon repeat mri found out that he actually did not complete the repair as he said he did but conveniently stopped working at the practice immediately following my surgery. I ended up having to have a revision surgery due to his negligence wasting months in recovery and ultimately losing more cartilage than I should have in order for it to be corrected properly. Now that it has been 6 months they are just now sending me a bill for said waste of time surgery. It still has Dr.Langer associated with this practice although I can only assume he no longer practices as my story is not an anomaly and he has made this same careless mistake for many people in attempts to make them lifelong patients.

Please don’t come here I wasted my time and money had my work clothes the day of my appt and got treated terribly my pain was terrible and they said they don’t see nothing wrong with me good thing i went for a second opinion I had a lot of my bones dislocated and a pinched nerve they didn’t even listened to my symptoms Dr kept cutting me off during the convo

The best group of people!! Very professional and nice! Dennis and Luis were awesome. Dr. Langer was awesome!!! The whole anesthesia team was great!!! My experience was great because I was very nervous about the whole process but they made me feel comfortable.

Dr. was great, but billing experience a NIGHTMARE! Never once told us the facility was out of network for our insurance.... but the physician doing surgery there is!?? We had to travel from another state because the physician didn't do surgery in our state, but they have a location where we live! Totally sketchy!

This experience for me was a new one. Ortho was and has been very professional throughout. Myself and my significant other were referred to the Snellville location and have been extremely happy. I would especially like to mention the lady at the front desk , Gwendolyn Simpson , she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. As a small business owner myself, I recognize quality individuals when I come across them. She was extremely professional, but at the same time made you feel like you were part of the family. Kudos to Ortho for recognizing talent and putting it in the right place.

You know, the reason we go to these places is to get better meaning we have some kind of issue. Diagnostic testing isn’t fun and is usually painful in my experience but the folks here at Ortho are really good. Ryan specifically was a great technician and knew his stuff. Ryan was very friendly and professional while shocking me and stabbing me with needles. All in all we had a pretty good time, it would probably have been better if he hadn’t stabbed and shocked me but I think we can still be friends. Thanks, OSSP and thank you Ryan and Doctor Flood. My pain is in your hands, guys. Please fix me. I have faith in you guys.

The Ortho sport & spine team truly are wonderful. They take their time with each patient to make sure they understand what's going to happen and answer all questions no matter how long it may take. Even though I was nervous about having surgery the team at Ortho Sport made sure I understand everything and did everything they could to alleviate my nerves. They took great of me before, during, and after surgery.

This has been a journey. I’m so thankful that I chose Ortho Sport and Spine. Mary Jane Abatya my PCP, Dr Flood my surgeon, and the entire staff have been amazing. I’m truly blessed to have these people handling my care and getting me back some sort of normalcy.

The staff is friendly and professional. All questions my friends and I asked they took serious. The questions were answered immediately. Before and after the procedure instructions was provided to my friend and I. There was no confusion to what was expected of me after the surgery. The only issue wasn’t on the staff but the technician did provided me a second alternative in icing my knee. I have a second procedure and I have no concerns for that procedure. They are so happy and super helpful.

Had a microdiscectomy done by Dr. Mark Flood. He is a magician! Writing this 4 days post op and I feel great! Little to no pain, minus some soreness, pain at the incision site, and some very minor nerve pain which was 100% expected with surgery. Taking it super easy for the next 6 weeks but I'm 95% as mobile as I was before the injury. Very personable, listens to your concerns, and does a really good job explaining everything. The best surgical experience I've had bar none!

Dr Ferrell preformed rotator cuff surgery after another provider repaired my shoulder. So far all of the pre opp visits were great, the surgery was the best by far, anesthesiologists did exactly what he said he’d do, and the post opp appointment was great. The staff has always been more than helpful, cheerful, and a blessing to my recovery process.

The staff was great. Sign in was easy and covid friendly. Everything was explained to me all the down to what to expect. My appointment was 830am and I was in my car at 905am.

I was told up front what my cost was and that the dr was in network and facility not. I think their standards are higher than a hospital. Didn’t matter, Dr. Flood was unbelievably good. He diagnosed my back issue, explained everything, and honestly I felt better the day after surgery than before. If you have back issues please for your sake talk to Dr Flood!!

Suffering with severe deep gluteal nerve and posterior hip nerve pain after a robotic hysterectomy 3 years ago. After seeing 2 doctors in this practice - no answers, no solutions. It seems if your problem doesn’t fall under their “speciality” or isn’t the most “obvious/easy” diagnosis they don’t seem to care. For example a herniated disc would be one of the most common problems associated with sciatic nerve pain (which I do not have according to my MRI) - they simply give up on you, don’t believe you are suffering, and pass you along to someone else. My worst experience was with Dr. Hodari Brooks. Arrogant, dismissive, doesn’t even let you finish a sentence trying to explain your problem before cutting you off and making you feel like your issue just “isn’t possible”. ??? Even after trying to inquire about it possibly being piriformis syndrome or even SI joint dysfunction possibly caused by my previous surgery *because not all deep gluteal nerve and hip pain is coming from your spine correct?!* I was shut down with him saying “you don’t have that” with no other explanation. I just sat there a little dumbfounded. Long story short, They don’t seem to want to dig a bit deeper and truly help you figure out what is going on. Very disappointed and still in pain. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Doctor Hami was super helpful at explaining everything I asked. All the staff there our awesome. I would recommend going here before anywhere else. Amazing experience.

I had to get an MRI done due to a wreck I was in a few months ago and am still feeling pain. They got me signed in and back to do the MRI within a few minutes. Overall a quick and easy process.

Today we were very busy at ossp Morrow. I was not shocked or surprised it comes natural for Jonathan W. (AT) and Dr Merchant jumped right in so we could get a break on this busy Friday. You don't meet a lot of physicians that will jump in to help their staff, so I say this to say I love working with them. They help get the job done. NO QUESTIONS ASKED

Dr. Lee has an amazing trigger point injection technique. You're wasting your time with any practitioner (dry needling or injections) that does not take the time to work with you in finding the TrP and penetrating it with the needle. He also takes the time to listen to your questions. He provides well informed answers.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly the moment you walk into the door. In just a few visits with Dr Helmi, I can already tell a huge difference in my comfort levels. Highly recommend to anyone.

Went in with pain in my upper back and numbness down my arm hand. They got me in, scheduled an MRI, and reviewed and scheduled treatment all in a week. All so friendly and caring and professional. Oh and 2 treatments and feeling amazing. They are awesome.
