Had a wonderful time! Even though I was by myself celebrating my birthday they really went out of their way to make the night special for me and I'm very grateful for their kindness! I'll definitely be back soon! :)

The atmosphere is unparalleled, I've walked past this place a few times, but was always wanting to go. I finally took my family here and was blown away by near everything. The service is top notch. I don't drink, so I can't say much about the price for alcohol. Music selection was great, but the s device has a little learning curve to get all the songs you really want/need. Some songs may appear to not be there, but, it is, you just have to search the right way. Unlike other karaoke places, you feel in control of EVERYTHING here. From light, lasers, speaker volume to mic volume and even singer/audio assistance. Just outstanding. Loved it here! I will be back!

Absolutely beautiful inside and they have themed rooms, so cute!!! Great song selection and service. The small fruit plate was huge! Want to go back soon!

We walked in here for a Friday night, and was told that we could stay for almost three hours initially, but then every half an hour the server came in to tell us we could only stay for 2 hours, which was really confusing and disturbing the atmosphere. Also, the server emphasized several times that besides the 18% service fee, we also need to pay for tips. I am not sure if it’s legit to charge the mandatory service fee, but I don’t feel comfortable being pushed to pay for tips. Also I don’t think they actually deserve any additional tips, although I did pay for it. After all, won’t come here for a second time.

This place is top shelf in presentation. The rooms are gorgeous and the karaoke equipment is excellent. Our server, Jose was very nice and helped us with a few excellent suggestions for food selection. My only issue with this place is this unspoken 18% service fee that gets slipped in at checkout. I'm sure it's listed in the paperwork you sign at the beginning. I would just like to see prices listed on a sign/ menu or something. The only time we saw an itemized list of the bill was when we inquired about the price at the time of payment. Regardless I had a wonderful time and will be doing it again. I would recommend making reservations before your visit especially on a weekend.

This place is absolutely Amazing. The Atmosphere was good. However, We did not get to complete the time the Host paid for due to a commotion up front. As we were exiting to pay we found out what the commotion was all about. This place has a 18% charge which is added to everything ordered from your group/Party Which is not given to the waitress🤔🤔🤔 My Recommendation is BEWARE and be prepared for an Extra 40% + added to your order. Is this Legal 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I went on a Thursday evening so it's cheaper, and IMMEDIATELY when entering it's just the nicest vibe! The staff was super friendly and attentive, they let me know upfront, about their procedures and fees; they'd also check in regularly and would let us know of our remaining time. Their new karaoke system makes it to be fairly priced - I recommend calling for prices ahead of time. I wish I lived closer so I could go every night :')

TL;DR: Great way to spend a weekend evening if you're already plastered (or decidedly sober and willing to spend $15 on some apple juice) and for some reason want to feel like you're in a private room at a club without just going to a club. We thought the atmosphere was incredible, but the gimmicks may not be worth it depending on the occasion. Liquor is by the bottle only, at $160+ per bottle. Our server literally wouldn't come when we called via the dedicated button, so we didn't order nearly as much as we would have. Cake is the only outside food allowed in, which is laughable after seeing pictures of their food. No one is coming here for dinner, guys. ETA: Docking another star for the snide response I received. We utilized both the gray button above the door and the service request feature in the screen on the wall. I'm curious what those were supposed to do if not signal that we needed help. We paid $180 for a bottle of Don Julio Blanco (retail $45.99) and $15 for a bottle of juice. So, this is not a "maybe our premium products don't suit you" problem. It's a 400% markup problem. I paid $40 less for a retail $50 bottle of wine at a 5-star restaurant in Paris with a view of the Eiffel Tower, so check yourself. These responses to lower reviews, including mine, are telling—degrading remarks thinly veiled by the customer service voice of someone who *maybe* worked at a call center 10 years ago. Hire someone to do this for you. This tone isn't going to earn you any second chances.

I will never come back here, the place itself is nice and fun. The food was the worst I ever had. I took my chicken wings back and didn’t want anything else. The hidden fees are out control. The service fee is a vibe all by itself. When we went up front to pay our bills, we saw people arguing about their bill. I’m thinking just pay your bill and move on. When it came to us I see why they were arguing. We did the exact same thing. Their bottles of liquor was 180.00 (overcharged) The customer service wasn’t the best. I never leave reviews but wanted to make I get this out here. I will leave you with this enter at your own risk.

Amazing room. Amazing people. Amazing tech. It doesn't get better than this. I was caught off guard by the 18% service charge at the end, but otherwise the fruit tray was very fresh. The equipment worked phenomenally, and the staff was friendly. Facilities were super clean and organized.

This place was amazing. This has to be one of the best places around Atlanta as the rooms were very good. I did lots of research before choosing Mics and it seemed like many other places had karaoke rooms that consisted of nothing but a couch and a TV with microphones. That was certainly not the case here. The rooms were well furnished and definitely exuded the vibe you would desire for a karaoke night/event. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Everything was a vibe, definitely IG post worthy. Only gave a 9 bc the prices will catch you off guard. Don’t go in broke (which you shouldn’t be going out broke anyway) . We would definitely go again.

This place is awesome! If you’re having an event, your guests will be impressed with the atmosphere. I’m used to old school karaoke in bars and this place is like a palace. Private rooms each with their own theme, lightening controls, and endless amounts of songs, great drinks, and an amazing vibe. I can’t say enough how much fun our group had. We’ll be back.

We went on a Saturday night for my daughter's birthday We had a really good time service was great food was good great verity music the room is really nice as well. I do not agree with the 18% service fee (my bill was $635) that doesn't go to the servers the servers get tipped less because of that extra charge. Not for sure if we will go back

We had a great time. The room and environment was fun and clean. Only thing I don’t like is the food. Literal 12 chicken nuggets ($10) and fries ($8) from MCDONALDS! Invest into a real kitchen & not refried food from a fast food joint. I didn’t get pics of the nuggets
