Just driving/walking by, you would not know this was a restaurant. I literally thought it was a spice shop. lol I decided to go in for lunch. I must say, the host/waiter did not treat me with a smile..I kinda got the feeling he was ready to go home or something. None-the-less, I was seated and I noticed that I was the only one there..not usually a good sign..but I kept in mind that I was there just after typical lunch hours at about 2:15pm. So, I pressed on. The waiter took my order and I noticed that the restaurant lacked any real decor..which was disappointing because I know India has a ton of authentic, beautiful items that I would have loved to see on the walls. Instead, there was a small picture of assorted spices, along with another small picture of a structure in India on the wall. I did like that on the television(yes, there is a tv in the dining area), a festive, Indian, musical movie was playing and helped to get me in the mood for what I was about to eat. I ordered Butter Chicken. I absolutely loved it. So, the food is good! I also loved the lunch special price..a good amount of food for only $9.99. Not sure how long that special will be on though. Check'em out.

Tier one Indian cuisine always serving consistently fresh and delicious food. Staff are super friendly and professional. Lamb biryani, butter chicken, and onion pakora. Don't forger to ask for an extra tamron sauces ;)

We had a DoorDash gift card we needed to use up by the end of the month and didn't have much expectations for the order since takeouts we've had from other restaurants always had less portions than dine-in. We were blown away by how good the Garlic Naan and Butter chicken w/ tikka chicken tasted. This was probably the best garlic naan I've had. Butter chicken was on point and satisfied all my cravings for it. We also had the Chicken Biryani, which was ok. I'm not a big fan of that, but I was still impressed by the meal portion. It could've had more chicken. It was mostly rice. My husband liked it. Lots of flavour and a wide range of spice level that satisfies all customers. Although we weren't expecting much, we were genuinely surprised about the portion size, taste and quality of the meals. We'd definitely recommend the Royal Spice Indian Restaurant for all to try.

First time here today, went for lunch. A great selection of lunch options for 9.99. The restaurant was very clean, service was friendly and prompt, and the food was super tasty. Was not crowded. I highly recommend this spot for lunch if you're in the area! 11/30/2022 UPDATE: Went again today, and once again can't say enough about this spot! Seriously, if you enjoy Indian food, go there!

Fantastic Indian restaurant with a lovely patio. Had gone for dinner with a dear friend. The curries were excellent, and he really enjoyed his Tandoori Chicken, said it’s one of the best he ever had. The garlic naans were delicious. Service was excellent and the person that took care of us (Ali) was very attentive. Just remember to take your own wine/alcohol as they don’t serve alcoholic beverages. Or you could walk over to the Walgreens next door! I’ll definitely go back the next time I’m in town.

Great place to get Indian dishes! I’m happy that I found this place. Great vegan and vegetarian options available. I recommend their masala tea and naan bread! The flavors are ✨chefs kiss✨

Everything was great except the saag paneer. We've tried this place a few times and the saag is always off (in my opinion, maybe they use a recipe I'm just not used to... tastes too creamy and like cinnamon for my preference).

This place is excellent! 10/10 would highly recommend. The goat vindaloo is bomb, naan bread is fresh and delicious, and the service is always quick and good.This place never misses the mark!

Taste is very good. It's expensive for lunch special but portion is big so I'm very satisfied. It's authentic Indian restaurant. Only thing I can point it out is their white rice. Some of the rice were not fully cooked or little old because it was hard. But great taste and big portion covered the negativity.

I can stress this enough, the food here is really amazing. Everything tasted so freshly prepared. I really enjoyed the lentil soup, it was so flavorful. The samosa was scrumptious. The Chana masala was delectable; seasoned and spiced to perfection.

Third time visiting. Have never been disappointed. Love the lamb curry and the lentil soup. Basmati rice and the change spinach is amazing. Love how family run this place is.

I took a chance to visit this Indian place and when I walked in around 7:00 p.m. on a Thursday evening, there was nobody sitting inside the restaurant. There was one couple sitting outside so I was a little nervous. I got the chana with puri (chole) and it was very delicious and so worth it for the price. I got the appetizer version. I also got the seekh kebab and naan and was a little disappointed with the kebab. First of all, it says eight pieces on the menu and although that's true, the pieces are very small. I felt for the price, the portion was very small and I did not like that. Also, the kebab taste was just okay. Normally, kebabs come with some kind of chutneys and I asked if it came with any and was told no. Kind of a weird thing because I saw the head waiter pouring chutneys into little to go cups for pickup orders so I don't understand why he couldn't just offer me some of those. It looked like there were mint chutney and tamarind chutney that he was putting in to go cups. Overall, the chole was excellent but the kebab is not worth the price.

Don't try biryani here. We ordered chicken biryani and Paneer Biryani. It's not at all good. The rice is like just normal colored rice. No taste at all.I don't have option to give 0 stars

I was in the area looking for something to eat and found the Royal Spice restaurant. Upon entering there's a nice patio and the inside layout and decor was great. I was the only person there though it was early (5:30ish) I ordered the veggie samosa, cheese naan, and the mulligatawny soup. Here's my run down: the samosa were oily and I could only taste the potatoes not seasoned. The soup reminded me of Progresso's lentil soup of which I really like but I would have thought this would have had more Indian spices. The naan had cheddar and colby cheese sprinkled on top never had made like this, also it didn't have the pillowly texture. After a few bites I asked for a to-go box and the waiter asked how was everything. I advised the seasoning was missing. He was really receptive and asked if it was missing the spicy heat . I advised not heat but the Indian spices.

Food taste good. We ordered chilli paneer, veg biriyani and chicken naan. Quantity for chili paneer too less for the price. Veg biriyani tastes good but more like vegetable pulav. Seating arrangements is good.

The food was mediocre. I really enjoyed the food, don't get me wrong. The rice seemed a little old and the coconut curry chicken seemed to be something I have made at home before. I guess I expected more flavor. The veggie samosas were delicious and so was my dessert. The hot tea was also soothing and really good. I definitely would go back but I would choose other foods. The only issue I had there was there is a draft with the big windows so I was really cold.

The food is constantly fresh and yummy, workers hands over great customer service. We tried chicken 65,Vegetable pakora ,goat biryani,chicken karai and garlic nan.. They are really good, Would definitely come back to try more dishes and Would recommend to others.

I've eaten here many times and I keep going back. Their food is extremely flavorful and the sizes are large. They aren't crazy spicy, but you can get it pretty hot if you ask. Every time I go the people are always very nice as well and when I order takeout it is always ready for me and I can get in and out quickly.

I've moved back home to Atlanta from the Bay Area a year ago, and haven't found an Indian restaurant as good until I came here. Everything tasted great and flavorful, and delivery packaging was secure and neat. Definitely making this my go to Indian spot
