The doctor listened to my concerns about my contact lens, which I appreciated. Melissa was GREAT, her knowledge about the different products really impressed me and both are very professional.

The doctor was friendly, informative, easy to talk to and more importantly, confident in his diagnosis. I would definitely recommend Pearle Vision in Snellville.

Everyone was very helpful, nice and professional. They didn't force me into buying glasses. It was a quick appointment 30min. The doctor actually explained my exam when I asked questions, other places talk around the bush. Great location!

I was very impressed with Dr. Parks. He was really pleasant and knowledgeable. He didn’t make me feel like he was in a hurry. He took time to listen to me and discuss my questions and concerns thoroughly. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wasn’t purchasing glasses, but just stopped for a few moments before I left, to look at their frames. A very nice gentleman offered to help me and as we were talking I mentioned that I was not happy with the fit of my present frame. He gave me advice about about the care and cleaning of my anti reflective lenses, that I had not been given at the place where I purchased them. He took my glasses and brought them back perfectly adjusted and fitting much better and with the lenses shining like new. He told me I was welcomed to get my frames adjusted there any time even though I had not purchased them there. It was an overall very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family!

The doctor was very knowledgeable and quick to tell me what was wrong and what I needed to do to make things right with my eyes, the most terrifying thing was to lose my sight for a short period until I got to the doctor at Pearle Vision. He is making sure that I am completely healed before he allows me to put my contacts back in and I appreciate that

As usual everyone was pleasant and the girl that helped me at the end was phenomenal! I wish I'd gotten her name to give her credit. She set me up with what I needed and within my budget even with insurance. And she treated everyone around at the time very pleasantly.... she's a very good people person.

Great customer service and the Dr was so nice. I was interested in knowing what he looks for when looking at my eyes..he took time to explain and show me pictures..the music playing at the store was so nice and soothing. I really enjoyed my visit.

It was fairly easy getting in, however Dr. Park examined me for about 5 mins and gave me no diagnosis. He just told me to go see my primary doctor and get a blood test if the blood in my eye didn't clear up. Which by the way, my primary doctor said an issue with my blood would not be likely and I should have received a definite diagnosis and referral to a specialist if needed. I basically paid $65 for nothing more than what the internet told me. I am giving 2 stars just for the ease of making the appointment.

I have been going to Pearle Vision in Snellville for the last 8 years and they have always been professional, easy to get an appointment with, maintained a clean store, and have several options on glasses and frames. They are always transparent on pricing and will guide you to glasses within your budget and will help you find contact brands most comfortable and fitting for your lifestyle and vision. I have never had a problem with my eye experience at this location. They always have friendly staff and are open almost everyday.

The doctor was incredible. The way he treated me was above and beyond. I didn’t feel like just a patient. He made sure I understood everything and explained every thing he did as he went along. He was very informative. I highly recommend Dr. Park at Pearle Vision!

Such a quick process. I was in and out in no time, but did not feel rushed. The optometrist took time to answer some of my questions, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Park is great! He listens and speaks in terms that you can understand. I have been going to this location for 6 years and he has been the best so far. This the second year under his care.

The exam experience is 100% solid. My only issue is the cost of glasses. I recently purchased lenses for 2 pair of glasses (I provided the frames) and the cost was $1200. I did not have insurance. I also got some of the pricier upgrades for the lenses like progressive, transition, anti-glare, polycarbonate, and HD. There were also 3 upcharges totaling $200 related to me providing my own frames. I might return for the exam, but I'll checkout a different source for the glasses in the future.

All of the staff was wonderful from the moment I walked in until I was walking out the door I felt like I had been coming there for years and the doctor really took his time explaining things to me. I’m new to the area and needed a new optometrist- thankful to have landed here!

Dr. Park was excellent! He explained everything very well. Best explanation I’ve ever received. The reason for the four was that there was a bit of unprofessional loud chatter between the staff, and we wished that there was a more affordable price range for frames. We were able to get what we wanted for a significantly lower price elsewhere. Our glasses are only for night driving and/or rainy condition driving. We seldom wear them so to pay an exorbitant price for something we rarely wear was not practical for us. Overall, this is still a good practice and I’ll return for eye exams for sure!

The doctor as well as all of the employees in Pearle Vision were very helpful considerate and did everything they could to put me at ease in having my eyes examined. They were so efficient that they are having me come back next week again because they're concerned about the loss of sight I've had this year. I don't like it that they made me nervous about it but it's something they have to look at and I'll find out next week they also gave me a clean pair of contacts wear before they write me a prescription for my new ones

The front staff is nice as always. Dr. Parker is great and thorough. Salima always fill eye prescriptions for myself and my children and takes time with me to make suggestions to ensure I am getting exactly what I want. Also, I love that they have an actual lab there in the store. This has been my office for years and continues to be.

Rude from the moment I walked in the door! The two ladies acted as if they did not want to be there and had attitudes with everyone that walked through the door. Customer service was HORRIBLE!! I will say the doctor was the ONLY one that was pleasant and enjoyed each and everyone he came in contact with. If I could rate 0 stars I would!!! That’s my last visit to this location or Pearle Vision !!

I made an appointment online. I was in and out quickly. My husband accompanied me at the last minute and they were able to slide him in also. Dr. Park was very informative and explained my test results and eye health in great detail. I would highly recommend and I will be back.

Switched from Visionworks that I've been using for the last 6 years. Overall processes were identical, but the service was better here at Pearl Vision. Hopefully that continues. Visionworks in Omaha, NE was great, but when we moved to Georgia, and I continued with them, their service was less than stellar.

Roger was wonderful in helping me pick the perfect frame for myself. He made my experience so personable and super quick. I was able to get an eye exam, contacts exam, contacts fitting, picking my frame and lens fitting for my frames within an hour and half. I walked out with a new pair of glasses and contacts the same day. They even cut your lens at this location to be fitted into your frames. No more waiting for weeks on getting your glasses back. This is the best experience I have had with minimal wait time. Roger had a lot to do with making this one of my best experiences yet. I will be recommending this location and Roger to all my family and friends.

People are friendly but I have question there expertise since they were not able to fit me with glasses that I could see with. They tryed 3 times and then tried to sell me a better lens for an additional $300 on top of the $770 plus the exam that I had already paid. They were the most expensive glasses I had ever purchased . But I must say they did return my $770.
