I have received dental treatment at the office of Dr. Chad Burt for almost as long as I can remember. I feel I’m being treated more as friend than a patient, from the moment I enter the office to the time treatment is complete the office staff treats me with sincere concern and respect making sure I am comfortable throughout my visit. They are all kind, well trained individuals and always ensure my needs are met quickly yet efficiently, ensuring that I remain comfortable throughout the necessary procedures performed whether by the dental assistants or by Dr. Burt himself. Doctor Burt is knowledgeable and professional and always takes the time to be personable and friendly and takes time to see how your personal life is going and offers his friendly concerns if appropriate. I always feel that the entire staff are sincere friends from the time I enter to the time procedures are completed. I would never hesitate to recommend the professional services of those needing the professional services offered from the Doctors and staff working this office. All work is professional and completed in a timely matter.

My technician was so AMAZING! I truly do not enjoy going to the dentist. Mostly due to my claustrophobia along with a gagging sensation whenever anything is put in my mouth. So, I was very stressed when I arrived. My tech understood and calmed my nerves by talking to me in a soothing manner. Plus, a fan was provided to help with my anxiety. Her empathy was amazing! I'm definitely hoping that I see her on my next visit along with Dr. Dimond.

This place is so amazing! The whole staff was just as excited as I was about getting my smile back and that was just so wholesome to me. I wish I knew they name of the women who said they were waiting all day, so excited for me to come in for my appointment so they could deliver my retainer. 🥹 Literally so sweet. They felt like friends or something and it was just the nicest experience. My dentist is so amazing, such a sweet man. Dr. Burt always makes me feel heard and taken care of every time I come in and i appreciate everything he has done to fix my smile! He really is so good at what he does, and I trust him so much with my teeth. 😃 Really such an amazing place all together.

I love this place! I’m a new patient! Such nice folks who are so knowledgeable and skilled! Our whole family goes for our dental needs with Doctor Dimond now! My Hygienist Kalli gave me a thorough teeth cleaning and did my ex rays! I highly recommend for anyone looking for fantastic dental care!
