Dr. Elder and his staff are top notch. Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone in the office from the front of the house when you check in, to the hygienists and beyond are so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Elder is a busy man but always takes the time to sit with you, ask how things are going and then gets to business and what he does best. He will never steer you wrong and is always putting the patients’ needs first to ensure you have the absolute best care. You will not be disappointed with Dr. Elder and his staff!

Love, love love the Salt Lake Dental Clinic. My family and I have been going there for years . The office staff is great, the hygienists are fabulous, (Thanks Laura-love you) and Dr. Elder is awesome. You won’t find a better dentist office.

The staff was extremely professional and relaxed at the same time. They were calming in their approach. I have not been to the dentist for Forty years and was nervous about what they might find. There were a couple of things we will be doing soon as I must have a clean bill of health for a potential heart transplant. They were flexible in scheduling, however, they are a busy clinic. I totally understand why Dr Elder and his staff are busy, because they are all a great team, and genuinely care about their patients.

Great staff and great dentist. Very friendly and personable. Not pushy. We have struggled to find a dentist we really like after our long time dentist retired. I think we finally found a great one.

I am extremely happy with the care I received at the clinic. First, I had to call the office to get directions to their office, TWICE! They were very kind and helped me get there! The entire staff are very professional and efficient. They are very knowledgeable about dentistry and take pride in performing top notch dentistry. I was there to have some x-rays and scans. The nurse that helped me knew exactly what she needed to and did a GREAT job. Dr. Elder was very interested in who I was and what I wanted done. He did a complete examination and talked to me about what he could do for my alignment and what prep work should take place. He is very knowledgeable about all of the work that needed to be done and walked me through it. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Elder and his staff, to do an incredible job with my Visalign. After my appointment and consultation today, I am going to make Dr. Elder my regular dentist.

Even though I was late to my appointment, they got me in and out in a jif, with a couple of extras as well! I also had my first experience in their "x ray" machine, IT SINGS CLASSICAL MUSIC YALL!!! So great! My teeth are clean and fresh AND they offered a fluoride treatment for a really great price! Highly recommendable!

Hygienist was considerate and paid attention to detail. I felt she was excellent at her job and thorough. I really respect Dr Elder's approach to conservative dentistry, doing only what is needed. Dr. Elder is a great guy. He seems to really connect with his patients, I wish I could say the same about his office staff. They are rude and unprofessional, no customer service skills whatsoever. As a customer you won’t like the service all the time especially after going to that clinic even before Dr. Elder took over. But the staff get mad and upset with you and start going back and forth and giving you attitude. They misinformed me on insurance coverage and then proceeded to tell me it was my responsibility at the end of the day, so I stopped going to the clinic. Now that I have a big bill with them I try to call them to pay and I get attitude and yelling on the other line by his staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are BEYOND awesome. I’m doing dental work here in Utah because it’s it’s almost 3x more than in California. I got Invisalign as part of the process and when my teeth weren’t where they needed to be, the next set was on them…their idea! Totally unheard of where I come from! Dr. Elder and his staff are all really friendly, nice people. I should have done this a long time ago and will do it as I continue to age. I can’t recommend them more!!

My dental hygienist, Morgan was great! Always thorough in her cleanings but makes sure to check that I am doing okay. Dr Elder & his staff are all very friendly & make me feel at ease & comfortable.

Best dentist experience ever! It was such a great place very friendly and the hygienist was amazing and cleaned my teeth and explained everything she was doing. the dentist was very nice and good bed side manner and listened to my concerns about my teeth and what was bothering me and we set up a plan to fix everything. The staff was so nice to me I will continue to keep going to this dental facility.
