Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous, the room was clean, and the service exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing experience.

Our stay at Cecil Hotel by Pc was below average The room was insanely dirty and had a bad smell. Everything was worn out and disgusting The food was overpriced but good, except service was slow The hotel itself is good but the rooms are horrible When you book a hotel under the Pearl Continental name, you expect a premium experience. This property, unfortunately, does not live up to that reputation. The dustbin in our room couldn't close properly,there was hair all over the place,the cushions were very dirty we had to clean the whole room ourselves It was very loud and we couldn't even sleep properly If this hotel wants to be taken seriously, it needs major renovation, proper cleaning protocols, and regular room checks. The curtains wouldn't close properly The clock wasn't working properly it didn't have cells There were no tissues, the towels looked old and overused, and the complimentary toiletries were missing or half-used. The room had a terrible, stale smell. No air fresheners, no ventilation. There was construction noise as well The hotel was only worth staying for 1 or 2 days since there wasn't much, and it wasn't easy to go out of the hotel since everything was far location wasn't very good The WiFi didn't work that well But most importantly, i was disappointed about the bathroom and room itself In my opinion the hotel was good but average , this hotel is ruining the image of PC if I knew about this, we wouldn't stay here They charge so much for this pathetic hotel😩 have been harsh with my review but to get to 5 star standard you must deliver. The staff is helpful and this is a nice place to stay overall.I genuinely wanted to love this place because the property itself has potential. But PC Cecil needs a serious upgrade in cleanliness, maintenance, and service to even come close to 5-star expectations. I hope the management listens to real feedback before more guests leave disappointed.

Staying at Cecil by Pearl Continental was an absolute delight. The check-in and check-out process was exceptionally smooth, which was a real comfort after traveling hundreds of miles to get there. The location, too, was perfectly central — exactly as needed. Cleanliness is always a top priority for me, especially when it comes to bedding and linens, and Cecil truly exceeded my expectations on this front. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. And last but certainly not least, the service — from check-in to check-out, including food and beverage — was consistently outstanding. I can’t wait to visit again!

The stay was awesome, the rooms needs to be slightly more prepared for the guests. The location is amazing. Coming to the food and beverages, the “front page cafe” the served food taste is 4/5 while its recommended not to take coffee from there. The Marco Polo breakfast is amazing. I am highly obliged by the staff especially Mr Dilawar who assisted us alot and made our stay hassle free. I will recommend to visit again.

Unbelievably beautiful residence & suites! The whole staff was very wonderful people! Delivar was amazing & filled all needs. Yasir & the kitchen & dining crew was outstanding, food 5 star cuisine. Awaoting a return with my wife & family.

Came with my newly wed wife and loved and enjoyed every minute of it. Hotel was clean and had good facilities including horse riding room service games room and card room. Amazing history in this hotel also showcasing Lord Mountbatten and Quaid-e-Azam. Food was nice and service from Husnain Abassi & crew was fantastic. Thank you once again!

It's been a great experience staying at Cecil. I stayed in family room with my 2 kids and it was very comfortable and spacious with all the amnesties. The staff there is really nice and cooperative, especially Mr Dilawar and Ms Samreen who promptly responded in case we needed something. A very safe and secure place especially for women traveling alone.

Beautiful and amazingly luxury place for a refreshing stay in the middle of most beautiful surroundings. Had a lovely two night stay and fully enjoyed the place as well as the amazing surroundings. The hotel itself is iconic being from the 1850s. Highly recommended for an amazing and luxury experience.

We came to muree for a 'family moon' as my son had just got married in Pakistan. I searched for hotel and Cecil c.p had very much bridgeton, downtown Abbey vibes. The hotel didn't didn't disappoint. We were 20 plus ppl and husnain abbasi was so so helpful and i was in contact for him for months previously .Dilwar decorated my son's room so thank you. Food:Evening meal consisted of ceaser salad, chicken,beef sizzling steaks with delicious mash. Frieìvd chicken and keema.. buffet breakfast was yum. They should have a separate flask for English tea. The chef who made my fresh omlete was a legend. Overall the rooms were spectacular and clean. The beds were to die for and the temptation to take pillows home..lol. its had rained and there'd been a thunder storm so we were happy to stay in our rooms heating on and everything was so cosy. Watched Netflix and amazin. The heritage of the hotel is just amazing. Built in 1851 it had beautiful artifacts and paintings and guns on display.
