The best hotel in Murree. It's a British era hotel. Room, views, service, food. All excellent

Being a historical landmark from the British era, the rooms and building are well maintained. Further up gradation in terms of services can make this place a perfect substitute for costly hotels like PC Bhurban.

Great option for families as mall road is on walking distance & the place is very quiet

I used to visit this place from last Ten+ year ( after every 6 / 7 months, it is cool and Calm Place. Best Hospitality and peace of mind. Exceptional place for Family. I visit to get some break from busy medical practice schedule and Re-Energize myself.

My Experience was amazingly too good I can't even explain in Words...

Its an old hotel churning money just because of a 4.3 rating. Most of the rooms are not clean, especially the washrooms. Furniture and the carpets are old and dusty. The service was extremely slow and not enough parking is available. Though the hotel is covered with rose wines, which is very aesthetic but the living experience overall is not par with its rating. Warm water was available during our stay but no attention to cleanliness and dripping roof during the rain, disappointed us further. Wont recommend at this price tag at all ( off peak 8k to 10k )

Ambiance, Cleanliness and Staff behaviour was truly Good And Professional.... Everything was good except the kitchen, Firstly the menu is overpriced secondly they close the kitchen before the time mentioned in the menu

History to be experienced ...... However we experienced a cat trapped in the hut roof.... Moving / jumping around the whole night .... If you want to be close to mall road then this is a good location for you otherwise nothing special about the rooms or service

This Hotel is good.near to Murree Mall road.easy to accessable from Main.All facilities are near.rooms are good but sometimes their geyser was not working at peak timing.

Lockwood is a 3 star hotel located near mall road murree at an ideal location. It has two gates. Its my first choice whenever I've to stay in murree with my family. Environment is really nice. Services are one of the best in area. The building is very beautiful and well maintained. Lush green plants with flowers further enhanced its look. There's a restaurant as well. Rooms were spacoius and clean and so were the beddings. Bathrooms were ok with 24 hours hot water. Free wifi was available. Parking space was limited. Staff was very cooperative and professional. penthouse was also available. Staying in this hotel is always a delightful experience. A 3 bedded room was for Rs.16000 but rent may vary with season. 100 % recommended.
