The rent of hotels are not upto the required standards as sometimes basic facilities are not available in them. i suggest to make the rent comfortable for visitors as maximum people visit but unable to pay high rent. people who come negotiate with hotel rather to pay higher rent. moreover check each and every thing before check in. once you pay there is no solution for solving the problems specially nearby hotels.
