Had a great experience, the location was perfect for exploring the city, the staff of this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable 🌟

I wish i could star below 1, worst ever experience in so much high price, food was pathetic, rooms were untidy without basics, call to staff take ages to sort the issue, inside temperature is not maintained even after non stop inverters, heating system failed in house, poor services in such a high price one even cnt enjoy a cozy bedroom. I would not recommend it even free to some 1 and yet the charges are so high for what kind of services they are offering in such a competition of hotel industry and poor hospitality management

Misleading and Overpriced Disappointing Stay at Cecil Hotel My recent stay at Cecil Hotel was deeply disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others: this hotel has absolutely nothing to do with PC (Pearl Continental). The name is used just to mislead customers and attract bookings, but the service and standards are nowhere near what you'd expect from anything associated with PC. While the staff were polite and tried their best, they were overworked. It’s unfortunate because they seem like good people stuck in a bad system. The management, on the other hand, is careless and inefficient. The bathrooms were in bad shape, with broken fixtures and poor maintenance making it unpleasant to use. Hygiene did not seem to be a priority. Although the room itself was not terrible, and the food tasted fine, the experience was ruined by unreasonable extra charges. They even charge for cutlery sent with the food. The food prices were already high, and these hidden costs made it feel like a money-making trap. In summary, Cecil Hotel is mismanaged, misleading, and overpriced. The use of “PC” in the name is deceptive, and the quality falls far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.

Cecil Homes, Murree - A True Gem! We had an exceptional stay at Cecil Homes, and we're still raving about the experience! Yasir and Mehtaab's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Their expert guidance through the menu options was impressive, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our family's dietary needs - ensuring our meals were spice-free, which was truly appreciated. The beautifully decorated Victorian property is a stunning setting, and the food was absolutely delicious! The attention to detail and care shown by the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. We're so grateful for the wonderful time we had with our family. If you're looking for a charming and welcoming retreat, look no further than Cecil Homes. Highly recommended! 5/5 stars.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. They don’t reply on WhatsApp and rarely answer phone calls. After several failed attempts to get in touch, we gave up and decided to go to Serena instead — a world of difference. Their staff was courteous and the service was top-notch. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value responsiveness and professionalism.
