I had an excellent experience with Grand Taj Hotel. Muhammad Osama and his entire team dealt with us in such a professional and courteous manner that words fall short. Their exceptional hospitality and top-notch service truly stood out. My entire team and I are sincerely grateful. In a city like Murree, where hotel dealings often have a bad reputation, staying at this hotel was a refreshing and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Great and well maintained rooms. Got a premium room with a great view.. mall road was almost on a 10 min walking distance.. parking was good. last but not least, well behaved and cooperative management and staff. Loved the overall experience!

I recently called the Murree Grand Taj Hotel to make a booking for my family. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the staff member who answered the call, Mr. Tipu. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, which left me feeling insulted—especially as I was calling on behalf of my family. I even mentioned that I had stayed at the hotel before, hoping for a warm and welcoming response. However, the attitude I received was far from what I expected. Due to this unpleasant interaction, we decided not to proceed with the booking and chose to stay elsewhere. I believe that hospitality begins with the very first conversation, and sadly, this experience did not reflect the standards I had anticipated.

I had a great stay at Grand Taj Hotel Murree! The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were neat and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my time here and would love to visit again.

We stayed for 2 nights, rooms were excellent, service was the best, staff was v professional, location is ok as it is opposite to Bus Station, but if u r in room, bearly can hear any noise, most importantly the hot water is avaliable 24/7. Would definitely recommend families and inidvual travellers to stay here, if u looking for comfort and best experience.

I’m so glad I chose the Grand Taj Hotel for my family stay. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including WiFi, a heater, an LCD TV, and 24/7 hot water. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Another great perk was the breakfast which was included in the package. I highly recommend this hotel!
