Roomy Lodge is a very nice place. The staff is very helpful and the view is amazing. And the food is every good Especially the manager, Mr. Hammad, is a very nice and helpful person. We really enjoyed our stay. InshaAllah, we will visit again as soon as possible.

Housekeeping maintained our room with impeccable attention to detail, and the restaurant staff consistently went the extra mile to accommodate our preferences. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, I especially loved the cozy balcony, perfect for sipping tea/coffee while enjoying the crisp mountain air& view. The food at the in-house restaurant was equally impressive—fresh, & flavorful The staff’s dedication, kindness, and professionalism turned a great trip into a truly memorable one. Booking Reference Number: 186793 I've been a regular visitor but this time around decided to spend Eid with the rest of my family in Murree and booked our rooms at Murree. We had the entire floor to us. Had a wonderful time and this will be one of our most memorable trips so far. The staff is very courteous, love their complimentary buffet breakfast, rooms are spacious with beautiful view of Murree hills. Only improvement is that there needs to be sound proofing, and it's time bedsheets and towels were changed.

We were staying here for the first time in Murree,it was a bit disappointing. There was a horrible smell in the hotel once you entered which was coming from the washrooms since the one in our room smelled equally bad throughout our stay. The hotel was not very clean. It was dusty, cups and electric kettle was dusty. The windows were dirty. I think there is a major room for improvement if they focus more on hospitality and cleanliness.strongly not recommended for families. No lift in hotel.

Staff behaviour is superb. Food options are plenty with excellent breakfast. Rooms are spacious. No fridge and iron at least in Delux rooms and there is no lift in hotel. Maybe they provide iron on demand. Washrooms are equipped with basic amenities. Stairs and corridoors cleanliness can be improved. Overall good experience and value for money.

The rooms were nice and clean. However the bathrooms have a gutter smell. Also the hotel had a lot of noise. The breakfast was quite average would be nice having fresh juices. The channay were quite watery but did taste alright. It was quite average. The views from hotel were brilliant and the customer service was alright.
