at
the
wrong
location
somehow.
The
Hidden
Springs/Clinton
Keith
location
told
me
it
was
here.
Turns
out
it
was
much
further
away.
Either
way,
this
is
not
the
first
time
I’ve
made
this
mistake.
Every
other
time
the
barista
volunteers
to
make
the
drink
when
I
show
them
i
legit
ordered
&
paid
for
it.
These
folks
were
very
apathetic
&
wasted
my
time
by
not
just
telling
me
directly
that
they
did
not
want
to
make
it.
Patty
said,
“well
are
you
going
that
way?”
If
I
was
going
that
way
I
wouldn’t
have
asked
if
you
would
make
it
anyway.
I’m
irritated
and
caffeine
free.
Spoke
to
the
manager
at
the
California
Oaks
&
15
location.
She
advised
that
she
couldn’t
give
me
a
refund
over
the
phone
&
that
they
usually
make
the
coffee
even
if
it’s
ordered
at
the
wrong
place.
So
I
went
back
in
&
Clarissa
or
Clarinda
&
Patty
looked
at
me
suspiciously
like
I
was
trying
to
steal
the
coffee.
They
made
me
feel
super
uncomfortable.
Clarissa
(sp)
finally
capitulated
&
said,
“I
can
make
it
this
one
time
but
you
paid
for
the
supplies
at
the
other
location
not
here.”
At
that
point
I
was
upset
&
embarrassed
so
I
left.
Called
the
other
location
back
&
the
manager
was
very
apologetic.
She
said
she
would
f/u
with
the
store
&
offered
me
a
gift
card
if
I
decided
to
come
in.
I
did
and
the
staff
was
nice
&
apologetic
about
the
situation.
I
hate
to
say
it
but
I
believe
wholeheartedly
that
if
I
looked
different
I
wouldn’t
have
had
this
experience.
